Alice sighs, as she puts her hair up, so people cannot think she is a kid on a Settler's Ship, all she wanted was to be left alone so she could start her live over, she packs all her belongings in her sag as she looked into the dirty mirror and said, "this is it I am going to hide for 'them' but first sleep I have a busy day tomorrow, " she gives a small smile as she walked over to a bed on the ground and lays down to fall asleep but Alice could not, Alice looks up at the roof and thought about how she could have ended up like this.

Life was not always like this growing up for her, when Alice just turned 20, her parents were a loving, peaceful couple, they gave Alice everything she has needed, it was perfect, until the Reapers came and the Necromancers, Alice was 25 when they were driven out from her home and dragged to the court of the Lord Marshall, theNecromancers tried to force her parents to convert and sell Alice but they refused.

Alice squeezes her eyes shut as tears fall from her eyes, trailing down her checks as she replays the memory of watching the Reapers murder her parents in front of her, by miracle, Alice escaped and have been hiding from theReapers andNecromancers ever since, they must not capture them, they must not, not only because Alice was labeled as a breeder, which was very rare claim in this Universe, but it was mainly because of what she was...

A Furyan.

Alice found out that day of her parent's murder, she was adopted, but even though her parents loved and protect her.

'Dream'

He came again, deep in the mind, he is always there to chase away the nightmares and the pain, Alice stood in the dark woods, in her dreams, like always. Always in the woods where animals roam, but it was not the forest creatures that scared her, it was the Beast.

For years, as long as Alice couldremember the dream that started it all, he was there, her Beast, waiting for her, she could never knowwho he was, all she can rememberhis eyes...

Like 2 Sliver bright stars shining over her, her protector.

But he was not the only one there, The Evil Lord Marshall staked her, promising that she belonged to him.

Run... Run... Run... That is what Alice could do in the dreams, run!

Panting heavily, Alice skids to a halt and leans on 1 of the olds trees, she peeks around and sees nothing, but she could him, growling deep in the shadows.

Alice turns and runs but hands wrap around her neck, she cries out in terror and gags as the Evil Lord holds her up in the air with such strength, as if Alice only weighed like a ragged doll.

"Your soul belongs to me," Lord Marshall grins evilly at her.

Gripping on his wrist, Alice cries her Beast, trying with all her might to call him and beg him to come and save her, she fights with every energy she has left but she was growing weak from lack of air, suddenly, she falls to the ground as a dark figure charge out of the darkness and rams into the Evil Lord.

Alice scrambles to get up and hesitantly sits on her knees and looks around frantically, terrified she was going to run into Lord again, but she was alone again, rising slowly to her feet, legs shaking violently, Alice searching for any sign of her Beast and the Lord Marshall.

Crying out in terror, Ally feels arms grabbing her from behind, holding her trapped, fearing it was Lord Marshall, she fights for life, but she calms once she realizes it was not him... it was her Beast, his growls rumbled in his hard, chiseled chest, his spicy muck engulfs her nose, she sighs softly in relief, panting as she welcomes his tight, yet gentle embrace, being in his arms again, she felt so safe and secure, the feel of his nose brushing her neck, his soft purr of lust and desire, she welcomed being trapped against him, she welcomed him, he reeked of danger and excitement and Alice hungered for him.

"You sure do attract trouble..." His deep voice sent shivers through her whole body as she could feel the smirk against her skin and his lips trail up to brush against her ear, "...Pet"

Alice feels her body warming till it felt like flames were kissing her flesh, her breathing picks up as his arms loosen around her and his rough hands begin to roam over her body, she gasps softly as his teeth begin to graze against her neck and he yanks her shirt collar out of the way to nip at her shoulder, trembling with need, Alice could not help but press her body against his, rubbing herself against him like a cat in heat.

Growling lowly, her Beast begins to breathe heavily, Alice gasps as he yanks her tight against him and grips her hips to force her to feel that 1 area that made her eyes grow wide, she could feel... him... poking her.

"You should know better than to tempt the Beast, Pet," he whispers huskily against her ear.

"And if I do?" She challenges her Alpha, she feels him grip her chin and gently forces her to look into his eyes, those silver eyes, watching them shine over her green eyes, glaring down at her with white hot hungry desire.

"You are bound to get eaten," he growls lowly.

'End Dream'

Alice shoots off the bed, she stands there for a bit then quickly gets change and then quickly grabs her bag to rush out of her temporary home and towards the small city before her, tall, steel pipes stood as buildings deep in the city, steam hissed from the sewers below through the holes of the manhole covers, Alice brushed past several people, to get to her destination, racing against time itself to reach theHunter Grazner, silently praying she will make it, but too soon to tell.

Alice begins to pick up the pace and she soon see the ship and the last off the settlers docking, she could not let them leave without her, "wait! Wait!" She calls out as loud as she could, "hold that ship!" She rushes towards the ship, watching the crew and 1 of the settlers look towards her as she called out, the settlers were a tall, Muslim man with 3 acolytes.

Alice slows to a halt, panting heavily as she bends over and holds on to her knees as she tries to slow her breathing, "made it," she pants out, still struggling to control her breathing, she stands up straight, "1... more... passenger..." she breaths out and holds up her ticket, "ready to board, whew!" She exhales.

"1?" A woman crew member frown at her, Alice looks at her, then her name tag, 'C. Fry.'

Alice then stands up and hands over the paperwork to the captain and co-pilot so they can look over it and after a long, stressful paus, the captain gives her back with a small smile and nods.

"Passengers are loading into the cryos right now," he holds up an arm, leading the way, "but I believe there are 1 more with your name on it."

Alice sigh in relief, "thank you!" Alice exclaims, as she could hear the captain chuckling as they rush inside along with the co-pilot, Fry.

"Praise Allah, you have made it on your journey," the Muslim man smiles at her and holds out a hand to her, "I am Abu 'Imam' al-Walid," he said and Alice smiles and shakes his hand, "I am Alice."

"A pleasure, these are my associates," he holds his hand out as he introduces his followers, "Ali, Suleiman, and Hassan, we are heading towards New Mecca," Imam says as he gestures at the 3 young boys.

"Nice to meet you," Alice says as the boys greet her in Arabic and turns head towards their cryos, Alice turns towards Imam, "I am on my way to New Mecca as well, for work."

Imam nods with a smile, "whatever waits for your path, my Allah guide you and protect you," he says and smiles as he turns to join his followers to the passenger's chambers.

Alice walks towards where everyone was boarding into cryos, but Alice frowns as she freezes in her steps, not out out of fear, but instinct, she slowly turns to walk towards a private part of the chambers that was not far from the other passengers.

As if something was controlling her feet, she begins to walk towards the chamber, drawing closer and closer, she sees a cryo chamber and someone was already inside, once she was closer enough, she notices the signs posted all over it.

'Danger'

'Do NOT release early.'

Alice frowns and moves closer to see the person inside, it was a man, he was bound, blindfolded and carried a metal bit in his mouth, she could see he was a very muscular man, wearing a tank top, dark pants, he had no hair, something about him just seemed to... call out to her, she jumps when she hears the man inhale deeply, his chest rising, he lifts his head as if he was smelling something wonderful, he slowly turns his head towards her.

For some reason, even though his eyes were covered, something told her, he did not need eyes to see her, that feeling made her breath catch in her throat, the vibe he carried, it seemed so... dangerous, Alice, suddenly, finds herself sniffing the air, she inhales deeply and gasps at the familiar smell he carried, he smiled just like her Beast! It cannot be possible.

Suddenly, a hand grabs her shoulder, causing her yelp and turn fast, she sees a man dressed like a cop before her.

"I would not get too close, can you not read?" The man states, Alice looks and sees his name tag, 'J. John.'

Alice signs softly and turns back towards the ma, the prisoner, "who is he?" she asks, and a voice shouted out, "holy shit!" a boy walks over in excitement and disbelief, as Alice looked at him and realize he was a girl as her eyes the prisoner, "It is Riddick!" she stops and stands next to Alice with a big grin.

"Uhh, who? And who are you kid?" Alice frowns.

The girl answered her as 'Jack' and John both look at Alice in disbelief.

"You got to be kidding me," Johns scoffs.

"He is a famous convict, in ever universe, the deadliest of them all, 'Jack' grins and looks back at the convict, "Richard Bruno Riddick," he adds inexcitement, like a fanboy, he then frowns, "they said he never could be caught."

"Till now," Johns smirks and turns towards them both, "William Johns," he holds out a hand to her, "Alice," she shakes his hand, and Johns gives Alice a grin as his eyes her up and down, "how about after I turn in my bounty, you and I get a drink?" He asks.

Alice frowns at him, "uhh... sorry, I do not drink," she muttered and walks off as Johns smirks and chuckles, "maybe when we dock, I can maybe change your mind on that," Alice shudders in disgust but looks back at the convict, Riddick, still 'eyeing' her through the blindfold, his vibes switched from dangerous to anger as he directs it towards the cop, Johns, as if he was trying to invade his territory and Pet, for a moment, she thought she saw his eyes... shining through the cloth.

Chapter 3: 1 ~ Crash Land

-Dream Start-

Alice stands once again in the dark woods, but something was different, before her, in the middle of the clearing, was a small cottage, she never dreamed of this before, it was always the woods, she slowly walks towards the wooden door and turns the knob, the door creaks open and inside was a very homey environment, full of warmth, of love, the fireplace crackled lightly, and the smell of food cooking filled Alice nose, there was a table, big enough for a small family, the fireplace was right next to it, as if it keeping the small family's meal warm till they inhabit the table.

A yearning feel builds up in Alice's chest, the ache for a family of her own, she sighs softly and continues to look around, she sees a cloth curtain dividing the rooms, she pulls back 1 curtain and sees a bathroom, she frowns at this, cottages normally have the bathrooms outside, but this looked like a working bathtuband toilet, everything looked functional, she pulls the curtainclosed and moves to the other 1.

She gasps softly as she sees a beautiful bedroom with a king-sized bed, it looked like it nearly took over the entire room, she moves to the edge of the bed as she notices somethingshining in the light, she frowns when she sees cuffs on the bed, shuddering in fear and excitement, she backs away and bumps into a chair and scrambles to get away.

Once again, arms wrap around her, and the familiar growl was back, "hello again... Pet," her beast purrs against her ear.

Trembling strongly, Alice gasps at the feeling of being back in her Beast's arms, she missed him greatly, "hmm, welcome home," her Beast whispers and grins against her ear, Alice frowns, "home?" She whispers.

Her Beast turns her around to face him, gripping her upper arms, "our home," facing her Beast, she finally sees him, Riddick! His eyes shiningagainst the fire glow, his grip lightens,and he massages her muscles.

"I have waited... so long," he states as she slowly guides her backwards, Alice could barely function, she was trapped in his intense gaze, she did not even realize where he was leading her... to the bedroom!

"Waited for what?" She whispers, then yelps when she falls back against the bed and gasps when he climbs on top of her, trapping her under him with his body.

He grins and buries his face in her neck, inhaling deeply and sighs in content as he lifts hi9s head to look down at her, capturing her once again with his eyes.

"For you."

Alice shuddering softly and frowns at him, "but I do not even know you."

Leaning closer till their nose touch, her Beast gives her a devilish grin, "you will, Pet."

(The Cabin, the Kitchen, Fireplace, Bed, Bathroom and Cuffs that Riddick uses on Alice, when Alice is being well, Naughty)

-Dream abruptly ends-

Alice yelps as she is jerked awake and feels the cryo shaking violently back and forth, she frowns as she watches the whole ship shuddering and basically breaking apart, she screams as her chamber files off the wall and hits the other side of the room, she cries out as she is rolled around the floor.

"Help!!" She screams, as she cries out as the chamber rolls around more and jerks to a halt, she whimpers as she struggles to hold on and looks out the glass to see most of the ship fall apart and see people scrambling around to hang on, Alice screams again when the chamber violently roll to another side of the room and grunts as she hits the wall, she shouts as the ship bounces around and gasps when she was about to roll again, but a thud is made from above and she looks up to legs, someone was trying to stop her chamber from moving more, she gasps softly at the sight of army boots and dark pants that covered the thick legs, who was saving her??

Alice yelps when the ship jerks to a huge halt and soon, everything went dark.

Groaning softly, Alice stirs awake and slowly opens her eyes, panting softly, she frowns at the sight before her, she was still in her chamber, and it felt like the ship has stopped, when they here, in New Mecca? But she gasps when she sees her chamber was damaged, remembering what happened, Alice sists up fast, but grunts in pain when she hits the chamber side, she struggles to get the door opened, but it was jammed.

Gasps softly, she grunts and shoves at the door, but she could not get it open, "hello?! Help! I am stuck! Hay! Anyone there?! Please!" She calls out and pounds on the glass, "hay!" She grunts and lifts her legs, trying to kick the glass open, but it was so thick, "shit! Please! Somebody! I am in here!"

Suddenly, a loud thud was made at the glass, and she jumps back as a wedge is jerked in between the door and hinge, she could hear a man grunting loudly as he struggles to open the chamber, sighing in relief, Alice waits for her rescuer to free her, the man jerks it once more and finally the door hisses open, the man yanks the door open and Alice winces at the bright light of the sun that poured through the cracks of the helm.

Alice holds up a hand to block out the light and gasps when a man's hand snatches out and yanks her to her feet, her eyes widen in shook when she sees it was Riddick! Still blindfolded, but she could feel his eyes through the cloth, she trembles with fear as he holds her captive, wondering what he is going to do to her.

She gasps when he leans in closer and inhales deeply, "it has been a long time since I have smelled Beautiful," he says in a very deep voice, he slowly lifts his head, his nose nearly touching hers, "I know that smell," his says and tightens his grip, the tone of his voice, Alice sensed that he was a mixture of confusion, curiosity... and arousal.

Alice watches him with caution, breathing heavily with anxiety, does he...? It could not be possible, they are just dreams, but something told her otherwise, suddenly, Riddick snaps his head towards the left and quickly lets her go to hide, shuddering strongly Alice whimpers silently as she slowly sits on the closes thing she could find and covers her mouth to let out muffled cries.

Something inside her just snapped and deep emotions rushed out of her, she was not even sure why she was crying, a strong need came forth, maybe it was because of Riddick, he excited her and frightened her at her at the same time and the shook of crash... It was too much.

She gasps as a figure jump from the corner, pointing a light at her, it was Johns, he sighs in relief once he sees it was her, "Jesus, lady!" He sighs and notices the chamber beside her, deducing that she must have been thrown from the passenger chambers and landed here, "are you okay?" He asks, Alice slowly nods and sighs, she looks around to find Riddick, but he was gone, she gasps softly when Johns gently pull her.

"Get to the upper deck, it is not safe here, go," he demands and cautiously looks around, Alice hesitates her steps and frowns, was he looking for Riddick? Her frown deepens, why was she scared about him finding Riddick? Riddick was a killer, she was lucky not to be 1 of his many victims, but why did he save her?

Why?

Suddenly, Alice jumps as she John's grunt in surprise, she gasps as she sees legs wrapped around John's neck, strangling him, she watches in shook as Johns struggle to get out of the tight grip, soon, Johns flings out a baton and begins hitting the perp till he finally, during the struggle, Riddick falls from above.

Johns scrambles to get up and grabs his baton and something causes Alice to rush at him, grabbing his wrist to stop him from hurting him," no!" She shouts, Johns frowns at her, "what the hell are you doing?!" He shoves her away and moves back towards Riddick, but he notices that Riddick was still bound.

Panting softly, he grunts and rubs his throat, glaring at Alice, he walks up to her with an angry look, "do not ever Fucking do that again," he says with a warning finger, then moves to stand over Riddick, "somebody's going to get hurt 1 of those day, it is not going to be me," he smirks and shoves the metal but bit into his mouth and tightens it till Riddick grunts, she could not help but wince for Riddick.

Johns grunts as he yanks Riddick to his feet and basically drags him back to where everyone was, he finds the near post and cuffs his hands behind his back, bounding him to the post, Riddick grunts as he comes to, Johns back away as he feels the anger and annoyance that Riddick carried but he could not help but smirk at how helpless Rick was now, as badly as he wanted to just shoot him but bringing him alive would set him for life.

Alice makes her way back to the upper desk as watches several people walking around dazed and confused with what just happened to them, several coughed from the dust misting the air, 1 woman setter, whom Alice discovered her name was Shazza, she stood shaken up but quickly snaps out of her daze as she looks for survivors.

"Imam?"

"Zeke?" Shazza calls out.

Zeke, Shazza's companion, stumbles as he makes his way towards her, checking her for any injuries and hugs her, Pari, who was Antiquities dealer, stood confused as he focuses his glasses to scan around, looking around, looking at the damage in great confusion.

Alice frowns as she looks around, "Jack?" She calls out, "has anyone seen Jack?" She asks worriedly, Shazza and Zeke both frown at her but remember the child were, 1 of the Muslim followers shouted in Arabic at her and points.

"Over here!" Imam calls out as he struggles to get Jack's cryo chamber door open, "it is jammed," he grunts, "Shazza, get the torch," Zeke says as he hands her back the tools and together, Imam and Zeke manage to shove the door off and Jack comes rolling out of the chamber.

"So, I guess something went wrong," Jack mutters sarcastically, Zeke then scoffs and holds an arm out to help him up and Alice helps Zeke.

"You, good Jack?" Alice asked as they stand and Fry, the co-pilot was scrambling around the controls, shoving debris around and begins to yank on a chair, turning the chair over... was a crew member with a very large metal rod sticking out of his chest.

Looking down in sympathy, she sighs as she reaches to stroke his hair, "I am sorry," she said sadly, suddenly, the crew member jerks awake, he eyes opening wide, "get it out of me!" His screams, starling Fry and several passages including Alice.

Alice rush to the other and see what was happening, Alice gasps and covers her mouth in horror, Fry did not know what to do, so she grabs the rod and tries to pull it out, but the crew member screams again to stop her, "do not touch it! Do not touch that handle!" He yells.

"Leave it alone," Shazza says.

"Get it out of him," Zeke demanded but Shazza stops Fry, "no, it is too close to his heart," she warms, and Fry tries to think of something, she knew very little of medical treatment, "there is some Anestaphine in the med-lock in the back of the cabin," she stutters.

Paris and Alice both turn but the back of the cabin was completely, "not anymore there iis not," Paris says sarcastically, Fry did not want to cry in front of the passengers, she needed to be strong, she knew what she had to do, and she did not want anyone to watch, "get out of here, everyone, get out of here!" Fry shouts as her voice cracks with emotions.

Ally sighs and walks off, "come on, let us see where we are guys," she says softly as the crew walks off with Alice out of the ship, leaving Fry with her friend, as they walked towards the big hole, Alice manages to catch a glimpse of Riddick, Johns was behind her and he watches to make sure Riddick was not going anywhere, Alice hesitates with her step, watching Riddick slowly looking over his shoulder, but she was not sure who he was looking at... her or Johns.

Alice sighs and walks outside and as soon as she takes her first step on the sand, she is blasted with an extreme hot heat wave and little air, she watches everyone walk around, scanning their surroundings, Imam and his followers walk not too far away from the ship and begins to form a circle of prayer, rubbing the sand into their hands and prays to Allah, thanking him for their safety.

"That will teach me for flying coach," Paris scoffs, his English accent filled with annoyance, Alice sighs and uses her hand to block out the sun to look around, nothing but miles and miles of dirt and sand, some rocks formations, but that was it, she watches Johns use his compass and hears him blow out an exasperated breath.

"Interesting."

"What is it?" She asked and Johns held up the compass for her to see, "no sense of direction," he scoffs, she then frowns at how the compass was acting, "that is almost as if the plate's magnetic field is out of balance," she says and Johns just sighs and then puts away the compass, placing his hands on his hips, "if it has one," he scoffs, "but you know as much as I do about this place - Jack shit."

"Is anyone else having breathing difficulties?" Paris asks as everyone moves towards the ship, climbing on top of to get a better view, "yeah, I feel 1 lung short," Shazza says.

"All of us."

"I feel like I just ran a marathon or something," Jack says as he pants a little, "Alice?"

"The very same," she sighs and moves to stand next to Jack, soon Fry walks out of the ship, Alice could see she had been crying, she sighs softly, feeling bad for her, she cannot imagine what she must been feeling right now, forced to much such a drastic decision to end her friend's pain, as Fry climbs the ship to join everyone, Shazza moves to stand before her, "there was a talk of a scouting party looking for people but then we saw this," she says and gestures at the damage before them.

Alice stood near the edge, gazing at the horrific sight of the ship, half of the huge ship was completely destroyed, scattering all over the desert.

"What the bloody hell happened?" Zeke asks, knowing everyone was demanding answers, Fry sighs deeply, "could have been a meteor storm, might have been a rogue comet, I do not know," she does not have the answers, just memories of what she went through on the ship before landing.

"Well, I for one am thoroughly grateful, this beast was not made to land like this but... I think you did well," Shazza says.

"The only reason we are alive is because of her," Imam agreed and Paris sighs, "I suppose you are right, thanks very much."

"Yeah, thanks for saving our dicks," Jack says, "no really thanks awfully."

"Well done."

Everyone thanks Fry, but if only they knew the truth she carried, her deep dark guilt was eating her alive, she cannot let them know, she cannot, if they knew what she had planned to do before they crashed...

Chapter 4: Part 2

Part 2 to Crash Landing

Alice walks back into the ship and stands near the corner, eyeing Riddick from afar, something about him she could not shake, was he in her dreams only because she just met him on the Hunter? No, that could not be, she met several men in her lifetime and not one ever could do justice for her Beast, she heard of premonitions, but Elementals are keen to those and as far as she knows she is not an elemental and also... here was a feeling in the air about him, as if she could not be apart from him, something kept drawing her towards him, pulling her.

Alice watches Riddick lift his head and inhale deeply again, he could smell her, she watches him direct his attention towards her, looking over her shoulder as best as he could, she wanted to know what he meant when he knew her smell, she wanted to talk to him, but how?

"He just escaped from a maximum prison," a voice startle her from behind, she then looks over her shoulder to see Johns and Fry walking towards her and Fry just frowns as studies and asks Johns, "so, do we just keep locked up forever?"

"Well, that would be my choice, yes," Johns just scoffs and Alice looks back over at Riddick, "is he really that dangerous?" she asks and Johns walks closer to her, "only around humans," he says close to her ear, making her shudder just not in fear, in disgust, something about him disturbed her, it was the way he smelled, like... Chemicals, vinegar.

Alice looks back over to Riddick, shivering softly and biting her lip that until Johns touches her shoulders and massages them, trying to soothe her and seduce her at the same time, "do not worry, I would not let him touch you."

Alice slithers out of his grip, "I need to go," she stays uncomfortably a walk out of the ship, she makes a silent disgusted noise but jumps when she has sworn that she heard a low animalistic growl, coming from Riddick.

Soon, everyone was in the storage container that managed to survive the crash, to scout for any source of food and water, Paris was making sure his personal items were alright, but at the same time, whines about how much damage there was.

"The whole container's upside down, it is all topsy-turvy," Paris sighs as she unlocks his Egyptian tomb and opens the coffin, but inside... was nothing but bottles of liquor, alcohol, Paris sighs in relief and picks 1 bottle up, "well, thank God it is not a total loss."

"Booze? This is what you have to drink?" Fry scoffs as Johns happily downs a big gulp, "I am going to need a receipt for that," Paris states, "for all of these, this is my personal stuff."

Fry looks up as a figure moves from the stairs above and sees Imam with a follower, shining her light up at at him, "I do not suppose this will help you at all," she scoffs, knowing that his religion does not involve alcohol, "unfortunately, it is not permitted, especially while on Hajj," Imam says.

"You realize there is no water, do you know?" Johns scoffs at him, "all deserts have water, it only waits to be found," Imam says, having faith, "I hope you are right," Fry replied, Paris then grins as he packs up liquor, "all the more for me then."

Alice just sighs, the pulling feeling was back, with everyone was so busy with finding food and water, she wondered if she should take the chance to talk to Riddick, what Alice did not know is... Riddick was actually feeling the same thing, the yearning pull, his fallen people called it that, deep in his chest when he first smelled her wonderful scent.

Riddick breathes deeply in the air, he could almost still smell her from where he was, but she was too far from him, her scent was so familiar, he needed to know... who is she? Is she... Like him? He had to find out, but Riddick had other plans, first thing first, he needed to get out of his binds, during the struggle from before, the blindfold managed to tear, he turns to look up above and sees that the steel post he was bound too had a small gap that he could easily slide his cuffs through to free himself, he turns and looks ahead, spying the abandoned welding torch not too far from him.

Taking a deep breath, Riddick slowly rises to stand and lifts his heels off the ground, with a sickening twist of his joints, he pops his shoulders out of place so he could easily bend his arms, rotating them till his cuffs pass through the gap and he falls forward, catching the torch, he knew he had limited time, he quickly uses the torch to cut through his cuffs and yanks off the bit out of his mouth, tearing the blindfold off his face, he rushes around the ship, avoiding getting caught and finds his proactive goggles in Johns bag.

Johns sighs as he walks back into the ship to check on his bounty, turning around the corner, his skids to a halt when he sees that Riddick was gone, his eyes widen as he cuffs are on the ground, leading outside, he rushes out of the ship, bumping into several of the passengers, he manages to find the rest of the cuffs and then soon he finds the metal bit, he picks it up and grips in his hands.

"Motherfucker," he snarls and scans around and seeing nothing beyond him, just the endless desert, he throws the bit to the ground in anger, his bounty was gone.

Alice rushes back into the ship and sees why Johns was in a hurry out of there, Riddick was gone! She gasps and fear begins to creep up her spine, he was free, but where was he? She was scared now that he was free but hurt that he left and frustrated that she did not get to talk to him, secretly... she hopes he will come back, she turns and sees Johns returning from his 'run'.

"What is going on?" Fry asks, demanding for answers as everyone gathers around to see what was happening, Johns just sighs deeply, scratching his head, "Riddick escaped," everyone looks at him in shook and fear.

"I found these..." He said as he holds up the cuffs and bit that held Riddick prisoner before,"... That way," Johns says as he points far off and breathes deeply, "okay, everyone, we need to gather as many weapons as we can, my prisoner, Riddick is one of the deadliest men ever, we need to protect ourselves, Paris... you got any weapons in your 'personal stuff?" he asks.

Paris was startled with his question as all eyes went to him, he begins to stutter and shows them all what carried, Johns however, goes through his weapons, which was several knives and guns, he loads up a shotgun and aims it, testing its durability, "what are these?" Fry asks Paris as he walks past her as she holds up a golden scythe.

"Thay are Maratha crow-bill war Picks from India, very rare," he says and Zeke walks up to him and takes a long pole with a dragon's mouth at the end, "and this?"

"That is a hunting bow-dart pipe from Papua New Guinea, that is very rare, too, since the tribe is now extinct," Zeke just scoffs, "cause they could not hunt shit with these things probably," Paris just sets all the weapons down face Johns, not seeing why they should be doing this, "what is the point? If he is gone, he is gone, why should he bother us?"

"Maybe to take what you got, maybe to work your nerves or maybe to just come back and skull-fuck you in your sleep," Johns states with a glare, "he sounds like a real charmer Shazza mutters sarcastically and grabs as much as she could, and she hands Alice a sword.

Alice frowns at her while Shazza silently urges her to take it, hesitantly, she takes it into her hands, "I agreed with Paris, there is no way he would just come back, I mean he is stuck here as much as we are," she said, Johns just snorts at her, "with Riddick, there is always a way out, this just another daily challenge for him, no different than a crossword puzzles for others,"

"How can we get him off this planet when the only ships are scattered all over out there?" Zeke asks, "maybe if we find water... we might have luck and found another ship, this planet has to have life somewhere, right?" Jack suggests.

That made everyone think, if Riddick finds a way off this planet, they will be stuck here, so... they need to get a move on and search for water as soon as possible.

Chapter 5: 3 ~ The Planet with 3 Suns

Since the air was not a breathable it should be for everyone, Shazza and Zeke managed to find some oxygen breathing tubes, together they set up several for everyone, "for you," Shazza says as she places a breathing tube around Jack's shoulder and makes sure it was functioning, "there we go."

Jacks takes a few puffs and smiles, nodding in confirmation that he could breathe, "yeah."

"Imam! If we are looking for water, we should leave soon, before nightfall, while it is cooler," Fry states as she walks out of the ship, Imam nodded "Ali," he says as he goes to the other followers to make sure they were all ready to go on the search, Alice sighs as she looks around, trying to see anything further beyond the heatwaves that covered the ground, she squints her eyes when she notices something, with a gasps, she walks to the crew, "mm guys, I think you should see this," Alice said.

Everyone frowns but follows to what she was worried about, and no one could believe it, the planet carried 3 suns, 3! One bright blue sun from one side of the planet... and the 2 suns on the other side.

"3 suns?" Jack gasps, "bloody hell." Shazza says in shook.

"So much for your nightfall," Zeke mutter and Paris scoffs and said, "so much for my cocktail hour."

"We take this as a good sign... a path, direction from Allah, blue sun, blue water," Imam says, smiling at the good possibilities, "ever wondered why I am an atheist?" Zeke scoffs, "same but if there is water, then maybe there could be like as well," Alice says with hope, "we could be saved."

"It is a bit of a bad sign," John states and moves close and points towards the blue sun, "that is Riddick direction."

"I thought you found his restraints over there, towards sunset," Fry frowns, "right, which means he went towards sunrise," Alice realized, "she right, Zeke, fully loaded clip and safety is on, 1 shot if spot him, okay?" He said as he moves in front of Zeke, handing him his handgun."

"Do not tell me you are going off, too, what happens if Mr. Riddick spots us first?" Paris asks, starting to grow afraid of the fact that the 1 person with a weapon worth using was leaving.

Laughing at Paris, "there will be no shots," Johns smirks, "I am going too," Alice states as they are getting ready to leave.

And so, their journey begins, Fry, Imam with his followers, Johns and Alice all begin to search for water and maybe even a way off this planet safe and sound, without knowing what this planet holds, terrified Alice more than having Riddick running around, as they roam past the rocky hills.

Imam and his follows were chanting and singing on their journey, praying for safety, but then suddenly a noise is made, and johns holds up a fist, halting them where they stood, "quiet!" He says softly but firmly.

The boys were speaking Arabic softly to each other, it did not seem like Riddick was anywhere near them, but something made the rocks slide up above them, what could it be?

Imam's followers more towards the hill and begins to throw rocks towards the sound, "7 stones to keep the the devil at bay," Imam grins as he stood by Alice, Alice smiled softly, "I guess even here, the devil lurks nearby," she sighs.

"There is Devil in every corner of the universe, even in people," Imam says and Alice looks at him and said, "Hmm, I believe that," Alice shudders at the memories of the evil Lord Marshall and even after the confirming that Riddick was not around, Johns and Fry head off to scout the area for any signs of civilization or maybe even water.

"Something tells me you are not talking about the Riddick fellow," Imam says as he watches Alice's body language, "but someone else, someone even more evil," Alice then moves and sits on a rock that was close to a boulder, but what they did not know that Riddick was leaning it, listening to everything.

Alice sighs deeply and said, "I am not a religious person, you know, and my parents always told me the truth... no matter what," Imam moves and sits down next to her as he listens, "you are not going to New Mecca for work... are you?" he deduces and Alice looks at him and said, "no, I am but hmm mainly, I am running away."

Riddick leans in close, wondering about the girl, issue with parents he guessed or something more, "from your parents?" Imam just asked out of the blue, "running away is not the answer."

"My parents are dead," Alice said with a blank expression and Imam gives her a soft look of sympathy, "I am sorry."

"I am running away from the Reapers, the Necromancers tried to force my parents to sell me, but when they refused..." Alice could not finish her words, and Imam shakes his head in sympathy, knowing the answer even though she did not say, "may Allah protect them and guide them home while he watches over you until you all reunite in paradise."

Alice just sighs and watches him him get up and walk towards his followers to chat, then they began to pray, Alice suspected he was praying for her and her family, she did not mind prayers, but she was mainly wanted was answers.

Riddick moves from the corner and looks down at the girl as she lies back against the boulder, he inhales deeply again, capturing her scent and he could not shake off the familiarity her scent carried, why did he know that scent? Was it because of the pull that made it so... comforting to him?

Alice breathes in air and closes her eyes, trying to get her bearing together, but she could not stop thinking about the dreams and Riddick, something inside her was screaming at her to go and look for him in her mind, walking towards her with a dark, intense glare that made her body shiver with need, bit a cold feeling goes up spine, something... bad was going to happen if they did not get off this planet, she could feel it.

Vision~

With the suns blinding her sight Alice could see a figure approaching her from beyond, as the figure draws closer and closer, she could see it was a man, a tall, ripping muscled man, his eyes shined brightly at every movement he made towards her, make her freeze where she sat, she could not move, she did not want to, she shivers when she notices he was half naked, his muscles flexed at every movement he made towards her.

She gasps as she hears something in the distance, chittering in the shadows, in the ground below them, rumbling of hundreds of footsteps, something was coming, coming for them, the man stood before her, it was Riddick, looking down at her with his cold eyes, soon, it looked like the planet was getting dark, the sun was not going down, but Saturn-like planet was rising, rising to cover the suns, she could hear the chittering growling louder as the sun fades more into darkness.

Riddick turns back at her with a grin, his eyes glowing in the dark, "you are not afraid the dark, are you? Pet?" His voice rumbles all the around her, soon, the rumbling grows and ferocious growls are made in the darkness, a loud shriek is made front of her face and huge monster snaps out of dark.

Vision~

Alice gasps and snaps her eyes open, she pants heavily and looks around frantically, it was bright out again, no darkness, no monsters and most of all... no Riddick, she sighs as she tries to control her breathing and this was driving her insane, she needs to know why he is hunting her dreams!

Riddick continues to watch the girl and soon the pain in his ass, Johns approaches her with the others, telling her that they found tress in the distance, not too far from where they were but still will be quit a hike, but in the mean while back at the crash site, Zeke was digging a hole to bury the ones who did not survive the crash, Shazza and Jack were trying to work on the storage container and try to salvage as much as they could while everyone was doing hard labor, Paris takes his precious time to relax and have a few drinks as he keeps an eye out for everyone.

Zeke halts his digging and scoffs up at Paris in his chair, "you comfy up there?" he asks sarcastically, "you can do without the necessities provided you have the little luxuries," Paris simply remakes and Zeke rolls his eyes and said, "just keep your bloody eyes open, I do not want that dog sneaking up on my bloody ass," Zeke then walks off.

"Yes, well, you dig the graves, I will hold the fort, old boy," Paris signs and lean back but jumps when a blade is pressed against his neck, "Christ!" He shouts but then scoffs in relief when it was Jack, pressing a pick against his neck.

"He would probably get you right here... under the jaw and you would never even hear him coming, because that is how good he is," Jack grins and laughing at Paris scared look.

"Did you run away from your parents, or did they run away from you?"

"Fuck you," Jack lets go of Pairs and shoves him as he turns to climb down and rejoin Shazza, leaving Paris feeling guilty for making that smart remake.

As Alice, Fry, Imam, hir followers and Johns hike up the hill where the tress were, but as they drew closer, Alice could see it was not trees, it was bones, large bones of animals everywhere, "it is a communal graveyard, perhaps, like the elephants of Earth," Imam says.

One of his followers ask a question in Arabic, Alice could feel the sadness in his voice, "he asks what could have killed so many great things," Imam sighs.

"Is the whole planet dead?" Fry sighs as she becomes worried if they will ever find water.

Alice walks through the graveyard, trying not to stray too far from Imam and his followers, Fry and Johns were lagging behind them, while everyone was scouting through the graveyard, neither of them realized that Riddick was right above them, hiding the fossils.

Alice fumbles with her breather and pushes it around, it was aggravating her a little bit, she takes it off around the neck and sets it on her shoulder, it was just too hot to anything on the skin, she sighs heavily and pants as she stops to rest, but suddenly, a hand covers her mouth and yanks her backwards, keeping her cries muffled as she struggles in the grip, the scent made her stop, she then gasps against the hand and looks up and over her shoulder, it was Riddick!

"Shhh, do not want to attract an audience, Pet," he whispers, "do not scream," he warns as he presses a blade against her neck, "be a good girl and I will let you go," Alice lets out a tiny whimper but does as he say, he then slowly removes his hand from her mouth, letting her breathe but he does not her let her go.

"I... I... I guess it is because... I am a Furyan, I-I was adopted when I was a baby," she stutters in fear, worrying that he must hate Furyans but she had no idea that they were all dead, he could tell she was telling the truth but something about her still bothers him, was she...?

"Then you do not know... do you?" He asks, curious about her and Alice looks confused at him and asked, "know what?"

"I am also a Furyan as well," he grins and Alice did not know what they meant for the 2 of them, but Riddick knew, if she was what he thought she was, then he needed to keep her close to him, always, to protect her if anyone knew."

He growls lowly and leans closer, "you are mine," he whispers in her ear, Alice then shivers at his words, but she does not belong to any man, she grunts as she fights him off, but he manages to dodge her kicks and punches, he then traps her arms again and then traps her legs by shoving his knee between her legs, she grunts in frustration and struggles, but he was too strong for her.

Riddick chuckles at her, "now this is a nice position," he growls as Alice begins to wiggle under him, stirring his arousal even more, "best not stir up this Beast, Pet, or I will take you right here," he purrs as his lips brush against her ear.

"I cannot fucking breathe," she whispers with an angry look and places her finger over her lips, alerting him that she will be quiet, Riddick could not help but grin down at her, watching her blush as she just realizes what she just did not too long ago, she averts in e, Alice could not believe she just made out with Riddick and liked it and both of them were thirsting for more.

"Probably should not do this, dehydrates you more," Fry says but takes the bottle of whiskey from Johns and takes a gulp. "you are probably right," Johns smirks and chuckles at her grimace, "mmph!" Fry feels the burn of alcohol trails down her throat and sighs, "you could have stayed at the ship," Johns states as he keels to meet her height, "probably should have," Fry scoffs.

"If we do not find water, you know what happens," Johns says, "I wanted to get away," Fry states as she gets to her feet and looks at johns, "I have never seen a captain so ready to leave her ship," Johns frowns at her and Fry said as she started to stand, "I think we should keep moving."

"What did Owens mean... about not touching the handle?" He asked and Alice frowns as she listens, she remembers the crew member before he died, he yelled 'Do not touch that handle!' She has heard of times when people are at the verge of death, their brains begin to experience flashes from their past.

"This is between you and me, Carolyn, I promise," John sates and Fry s sighs she looks down in shame, "I am not your captain, during the landing when... things were at the worst, Ownes was at his best, he is the one that stopped the docking pilot from dumping the main cabin, the passengers," she says as she spills out her darkest secret.

Alice's heart drops to her stomach as she backs away in horror at what she just heard, "and the docking pilot being?" Johns has asked but Fry did not answer, just giving him a guilty look was enough to answer, "I guess I am a little more glad to be to be here than I thought," Johns says and gives his hat, placing it on her head and walks off.

Alice just felt sick to her stomach, she could not believe the one who saved her was also the one who planned to her during the crash, the crew and myself, she also almost forgot Riddick was next to her, "that is how people are, Pet, killing each other to save their own assess," Riddick scoffs.

She snorts as she looks over her shoulder at him, "no< I am like every other asshole in this universe," he scoffs and walks closer to her until his chest touched her back, she shivers when he strokes her neck with his fingers and tips her chin to look at him, "but I will protect what is mine," he growls lowly, "remember that, Pet," he grips her chin and kisses her roughly again.

He smirks as the kiss breaks and licks his lips as he walks away, "better head back before they come looking for you," he says and turns to leave but then stops and looks over his shoulder... "I will be watching, Pet."

Alice then turns around and face him but he was gone, she rubs her shoulders to stop her shivers, but she could not, sighing deeply, she comes around the bones and heads back towards the group.

Back at the site, Shazza kept a sharp eye out for the others and Riddick, so far nothing, Zeke continues his digging, the tarp above him helped a little with the blazing sun glaring down at him, but the heat and the air were still a bit of a struggle.

"Anything?" Jack walks up to Shazza, "nothing, nothing at all, she sighs Jack asks worriedly, "do you think that they are okay?" Shazza looks at him and said as patting his shoulder, "I am sure that they are alright and will be back before you know you it, now how about you help me out with the storage container and maybe we can fix it up make it like a camp, a place to sleep."

"Jack smile, "yeah!" He said excitedly, knowing that he will be working with tools and torches, Shazza chuckles and walks with him to get started.

Back on the trail, Imam frowns when he then notices that they were short on a person, Johns and walk towards him and notices his worry, "what is wrong?" Fry asks and Imam looks at her and ask," Where is the young one? Alice?" Both Fry and Johns both look back, wondering if Riddick had grabbed her, Fry was about to go look for her but Johns holds her back.

"I will go you stay here," he said as he cocks his shot gun but jumps when Alice walks around the corner, "where the hell have you been?" He glares at her as Alice walks up to them, "what I was just exploring," she scoffs at him and Fry asks, "why did you not tell anyone?'

"What, like I need someone to hold my hand? I can take care of myself," Alice glares at her and moves to join Imam, "oh, I am sure Riddick would have killed you," Johns scoffs at her and walks ahead to take first point, together, they all hiked through a canyon, almost out of the graveyard, Johns kept his eyes up on the hills for any sign of movement.

Alice sighs in relief when they all believe her lie, as much as she wanted to say that she saw him but at the same time, he said he was watching, who knows what he would do? To her or them.

Imam's followers were not too far behind, and the young one named Ali stops when he spied something in the dirt, "Hassan! Suleiman!" He calls out to his brothers and shows them what he found, "captain," one rushes to Fry and speaks Arabic excitedly, Ali found a solar powered toy, like a robot, as soon as he brushed the dirt off the helmet, the sun touched the solar power panel, and it begins to whirr.

"There must be a colony nearby," Alice states with hope, "let is hope they are friendly," johns mutters and begins to lead the way, it was not long until they found the small camp site, buildings, powered sand cats, greenhouses, all the signs of people living, but no one was around.

"Is there anyone here?" Johns calls out, "hello?" Alice looks around but it did not look like people have been here recently, probably have not been around for a long time, "there was water here," Imam says as he walks through the small greenhouse, spying the water tubes.

Alice walks towards one of the buildings, it looked like a bathing quarter, showers, working toilets and sinks, but no plumbing, it looked like the showers were connected by the solar powered filter and the toilets were connected to a portable sewers system that led out into the desert, she walks up to one of the showers and the knob, the connected pipes groaned, but nothing came out.

Fry was checking out another building that looked like a lab center, "lights?" She calls out to see if the power was automatic, but nothing happens, "lights on?" Still nothing, she then walks towards one side of the side and begins to open the windows, letting the sunlight pour inside, as soon as the sun hits the machines on the table, the solar powered battery begins to whirr and draws Fry's attention to it, she watches the battery activate a solar system model and it begins to spin.

Alice walks out of the building and heads towards Imam, "I found a bath house, bot zero water, with the right tools, I might can get the showers working," she shrugs, she knew a little about plumbing, it could be a big help with it being solar powered, "a little bit close to comfort if there are hot showers," she grins and Imam chuckles.

"It is the little things we should always appreciate, it is good Allah has put you in our Hajj" Imam smiles at her and together, they walk around to find the source of water and soon they find a tall water tower with a faucet, but it needed some work done on it to get it power up, Imam's followers chatter in Arabic as if they were praising.

"They are saying, 'God is great,' Imam says and smiles, "Allahu Akabar, yes this is the source of the water," he stats and Johns walks over and asked, "think we can get it to work?" Alice looks at him and said, "again, right tools, no problem," as she exams the tower, "let us see if they left anything, but maybe we should head back and get the others," she just suggested.

Fry is still stood in the lab, watching the solar system, she watches the suns, and the planets surround this planet and sees that the sun never go down, they rotate but never go down, "no darkness, no light because there is no darkness," she realizes, this was a planet of light.

Alice was examining the water faucet with Johns and Imam as Imam managed to find a wrench to open the tower to check inside when they heard Fry whooping with glee as she rushes past them yelling, "hello, Mecca!" They all turn to see what she was so excited about, she found a ship!

Meanwhile, back at the crash site, Paris continues his sunbathing and relaxation as he uses a fan to give himself a better breeze but stops when he hears the faint clanging coming from the back of the ship, he frowns and sits up, assuming that it was Jack again playing a trick to get him back for making the comment about his parents, he grabs his pick and climbs down to find that little bastard and teach him a lesson about messing with elders.

He finds Jack with Shazza in the storage container, "tell me that was you just now," he demanded, Shazza just stops the welding torch and frowns at him as she watches Paris sending Jack an annoyed glare, "what are you going on about? He has been right here helping me," she said.

"Back at the ship, that noise? You are trying to tell me that was someone else?" Paris scoffs but his voice begins to trail off when he sees a shadow moving outside the container.

Shazza and Jack both watch from where they stood as the holes that poured light into the container faded in and out as someone walks by, Shazza quickly shuts the torch off and places it down as Jack goes to one f the holes to see who it was, he only managed to catch a glimpse.

He looks back to Paris and Shazza with a wide eye, "Riddick!" He mouths silently, Shazza pushes him away to stand by Paris as she grabs Paris's pick and stands by the opening, slowly the figure draws closer, closer towards the opening and Shazza trembles as she gets herself ready to strike at the intruder, once the figure was close enough, she makes her move and strikes out at the intruder, but Jack's voice causes her to stop.

"No!" She then freezes her strike until the pick was mere inches from the stranger's eyes, she freezes as she sees before her a man, his clothes were burnt and torn, he stands before her in shock, Shazza gasps and lowers her weapon.

"Oh, my god, I thought I was the only one who got out of the crash alive," the man gasps, relieved that he has found other survivors but suddenly, Shazza flinches as she feels hot blood spray her face, Jack and Paris both shout in surprise when gunshots go off, Shazza grabs the man as he falls forward with a gunshot wound on his head.

Standing a few feet away was Zeke, aiming the gun towards them, his hand trembles after he fired the weapon, "Christ!" Paris shouts as Shazza moves and drops the man, he was dead! Zeke stands at the opening, still shaking with shock, "Crickey, I thought it was him, I thought it was Riddick," he says and helps Shazza.

With everyone in shock over the body, on one even realized that Riddick was occupying Paris's seat and drinking his boozes as he just watching them.

Chapter 7: 4 ~ Back In Captivity

Back at the colony, Fry was checking out the lifeboat ship and discovered it needed power sources to be able to take off, "no juice, it looks like it has been laid up for years, but we might be able to adapt it-" Fry says as she walks out of the ship towards Johns, who looks in deep thought.

"Shut up!" Johns harshly cuts her off and listens, but all he could hear was the wind whistling around them, "sorry, I thought I heard something," he apologizes, Alice walks over and ask with curiosity, "like what?"

Johns looks around, wondering if his ears were playing tricks on him but his gut was saying otherwise, "gunshots," he just said and Alice looks at him with worry, "do you think...?"

"We are heading back... now!" Johns says, "Imam!" He calls out and begins to pace out towards the trail they came from, while the others were trying to make it back to the crash site by foot, Zeke was trying to do a proper thing and bury the survivor within the hole but he frowns when he sees the tarp has been messed with, he yanks it away and sees another hole leading further in the ground, as if the ground was hollow or maybe he struck a mine, he felt the need to check it out.

With Shazza, Jack and Paris still at the container and the others rushes back, they all jump at the sound of Zeke screaming and gunshots going off, Shazza snaps to her feet in terror and races towards the screams, Alice picks up speed, ignoring everyone yelling at her to stop.

When the screams and gunshots stop, Shazza reaches the hole where Zeke was dipping and snatches the trap away, to her horror, blood was spilled everywhere and Zeke was gone, she screams out, "ZEKE!" as she screams, she caught a glimpse of movement before her, to her horror, there stood Riddick... with a shive in his hand, she gasps and slowly rises to her feet, Riddick turns and runs away.

As Riddick races to get away, Johns manages to ambush him and trip him, he kicks his side once he is down, Riddick struggles to fight, but Johns knew his weakness, snatching off Riddick's goggles, he delivered hard punches as Riddick tries to block the bright light that was nearly blinding him, "you piece of shit!" Johns growls as he continues to punch him over and over until Shazza runs to join in.

"What did you do to Zeke?" She snarls and punches Riddick in the face, "what did you do to him?" She screams and Fry comes holding her back, "just kill him, just somebody... goddamn kill him before he-" she kicks him in the face, but before Shazza could kick him again, Alice comes running over, "stop it! Just stop, he had enough," she gently said to Shazza.

Panting with rage, Shazza sobs for her lost loved ones but still continues to give Riddick death glares, as Alice panting heavily, she turned and looks down at Riddick as he covers his eyes, blocking the bright sun as he pants, and Johns stops and looks down at him and growls out, "motherfucker!" he then bends down and yank him up to his feet, dragging him back to the ship and locks him up deep below, shackling him against the pipes and after a while, Johns comes out, rubbing his face and a deep sigh,

"Did he say anything?" Fry walks up to him and Johns looks at her as said, "nothing helpful, any luck on finding Zeke's body?" and Shazza looks up and said, "no, no sign of him, wherever he hid his body..." she could not finish her sentences as she sniffles and swallows back her tears and Johns scoffs out saying, "he claims he did not kill Zeke, something about the sounds or some bullshit."

"Let me try to talk with him," Fry says and then soon left, after finally convincing Johns to let her, she heads down to Riddick was bound, about 15 minutes later, Fry comes back and tells everyone what he said, "same thing, he says he did not kill Zeke and that whatever kill him is in that hole," Fry states and Shazza rolls her eyes, "we checked the hole, there is nothing," and Alice stood at the entrance of the hole and said, "I think that Riddick is telling the truth," and everyone looked at her and Fry asked, "how, would you know?"

Alice looks at her and stated, "well for one, Riddick would have killed Shazza, but he ran, two, the is a lot of blood of a small shive and three, the blood is too concentrated on the inside of the hole," she finish and walks back to the group and Fry said, "well, if you are right we should be careful but I am still going to have a look down there, get some rope, if any trouble happens, I will yank and you all get me the fuck out of there." she looks at the group.

While Fry was searching for Zeke underground, Alice took the advantage to head inside the ship, slowly and quietly, she walks towards the holding area and peeks around the corner, she watches from the corner, arguing with herself if she should approach him or not, she must find out more about her heritage and he knows more than she does as she is peeking around the corner, she eyes Riddick, still bound to his chains, head facing the floor, he did not seem like he noticed her presence but she could be wrong.

"If you are trying to hide from me, Pet... you are going to need to try harder than that," he says, startling her concentration, keeping his eyes to the floor and Alice just sighs in defeat but was not surprised, she had a feeling he knew she was there, she walks out of the the corner and slowly approaches him, he then looks up but his face hides in the shadows from her and with a small scoff, Riddick grins at her, "wondering how I knew you were there?"

Alice sighs, "no not really, because like you said you are more Beast than man," as she sits in front of him and he simply smirks, "out of all those people who are scared of me... you make an exception, " he tilts his head at her in curiously, Alice looks at him and sighs, "I lost the feeling of being scared and should I be scared of you?" She asks but instead of answering her, he just simply grins at her in humor and in curiosity, he said, "you are wondering if I Killed Zeke, like the others are thinking the same thing," Alice just looks at him and laughed at him, "no, I was not thinking that, but good try, so you see, I know you kill, but you did not kill Zeke" she smirked at him and Riddick looks at her and said, "oh Pet, but you want know something else, don't you , Pet?" he purrs out.

Alice looks at him and scoffs out, "why do you call me that?" but Riddick watches her shiver at that name, it made him curious about her, he smirks and ask, "does it bother you, Pet?" Alice rolls her eyes, "if you are going to be a perverted asshole, then rot here for all I care," Alice scoffs and about to sit up and walk away, but his voice stops her.

"Do you not feel it... Alice?" He asked and she frowns and turns to look at him, "feel what exactly?" He then tilts his head at her, "you are completely lost about who you are," he chuckles, "I did not know anything about our people either until I was sent in a slam, he was like me until they killed him, he told me everything I needed to know about our kind, but especially about the females," he smirks as he looks at her.

Alice just frowns at him and scoffs at his smile as turns away and Riddick lean back a bit and said, "you have been feeling it, the pull, the yearning, pull that every Furyan goes through... when they find their mates," and Alice snaps her towards him in shook, "what do you mean, 'Mates'?" she asks and Riddick scoffs and said, "I mean... Pet... when a male Furyan and a female Furyan feels a strong energy between the 2 of them, as if a rope or a magnet is pulling them closer to each other," he watches her slowly walks back to him, "a fire burning between each soul, and it would not stop until we are complete."

"'Complete'?" She frowns, "what do you mean...?" She gasps and jump back a little when he shoots to his feet and tries to pounce her when she was close enough, but his chains hold him back and his face was finally out of the shadows and his eyes shine bright at her in frustration but Alice smiled as she could not take her eyes off of his as she pressed a hand on his chest, it was him! His Beast!

He grunts as he yanks on his bound again and he shivers when he felt her touch, "I mean... Pet... we are going to keep feeling like this until we fuck, well I fuck you," he said bluntly as her eyes widen, he inhales deeply when he could smell her arousal, matching his own, "think of it like this, you are cat in heat... and I am the Alpha male who can only make you feel better and we are stuck together for the rest of our lives because of our genes telling us that," he growls and suddenly grins, "it is an animal thing," he did not sound like he was disappointed with the situation, just frustrated because it is the wrong place and time, "believe me, Pet... once we are off this fucking rock..." he leans in closer, using the bounds to support most of his weight, "... Alice's breathe hitches in her throat at his words, he cannot be serious, no way, but... she was about to ask him about the dreams until he snaps his eyes towards a figure, a voice startled Alice, "where the hell can I get eyes like that?" Jack voices is heard, "got to kill a few people," Riddick said and Jack grins and said, "okay, I can do it," as if it was easy, "then you go to get sent to a slam where they say you will never see daylight again, you dig up a doctor and you than pay him 20 menthol Kools... to do a surgical shine job on your eyeballs," Riddick says as he averts his eyes to Alice as she rolls her eyes at the bullshit.

"So, you can see who is sneaking up on you in the dark?" Jack asks, grinning at how brilliant stupid that was and Riddick smirked at Jack, "exactly," and Alice had enough of the bullshit, "Jack, go, please," she talk to Jack and Jack turns to leave, and she rolls her eyes and Riddick look at her, "cute kid," Riddick smirks and Alice looks back at Riddick and sighs and struggles to ask her question right, "this pull or whatever it is, that you were talking about... does it involve.. dreams? Or visions?"

Riddick smirks, "been dreaming about me, Pet?" And Alice rolls her eyes at him and scoffs, "just answer the fucking question, please," she begs not really in the fucking mood for his games, or the teasing and Riddick smirked slowly fades, "no, not that I know of," he said and Alice frowns not really sure if she should believe him.

"Have you been dreaming about me... Alice?" He asks and Alice hugs herself and leans on a post and with a deep sigh, she has decides to tell him everything, "for as long as I can remember, ever since my parents were killed by the Reapers, my adoptive parents, I guess, ever since then, I have seen a man... in my dreams, I never could see his face... will except his eyes," she says as she looks into his silver eyes.

Riddick could not help but smirk at her, "and what does the... 'man'... do with you?"

"He saves me, from the Marshall of the Necromancers, always protecting me, but I never saw him as a man, he was my Beast," she said softly as she moves to stand just a few inches from him and Riddick growls lowly and leans in closer, the scent of her was driving him insane, "Beast, huh?"

"When we met on theHunter, you took his face, before we even met, the Beast of my dreams always called me 'Pet', why do you call me that?" She asks and Riddick moves closer until he could bury his face in her neck, inhaling deeply, Alice gasps as the feel of his nose, brushing against her flesh, at pure instinct, she places her hands on his cheek, manly to move him away but she could not help but feel him, "after having the surgery, I adapted to my other senses, everyone smells different, your scent... is beautiful," he said huskily.

"How do you smell 'beautiful'?" She asks and he slowly lifts his head to looks down at her, seeing her form shine in his eyes, he could almost make out the color of her eyes, they shined like a rainbow and her skin glowed like the sun, but it not hurt his eyes and Riddick simply smirks, "it is an animal thing," Alice looks at him and scoffs and then laughs softly at him and Riddick said as he grins, "beautiful laugh... beautiful smile."

Alice blushes at his words and watches him lean down, she gasps softly and finds herself lifting on her tiptoes to meet him, shivering as his lips brush against her, but they both pull apart when they hear chittering coming from the ground, "what the fucking hell was that?" She gasps and Riddick frowns and looks down at Alice with worry, "like I have told them, Pet, it is not me you got to worry about," and Alice frowns and looks up at him almost begging him to tell her, "what is it?" She asks.

Riddick snaps his head towards the entrance of the room and growls lowly in annoyance, "here come the pain in my fucking ass," He growls out, knowing those footsteps and Alice gasps and moves away from Riddick, standing on the other side of the room with her eyes closes as Johns rushes inside, he looks over to Riddick, then notices Alice in the room, Alice slowly opens her eyes and asks Johns, "what the hell happened?"

"Finally found something worse than me?" Riddick smirks in the darkness, loving how right he was as Alice walks over and Johns just glares at him and then sighs, hating what he is going to do next, he turns to Alice who was standing next to him awaiting impatiently for answer, "something is in the mines below, it almost got Fry," he says.

Riddick chuckles humorlessly and Alice frowns in worry, "what was it?" She asks and Johns sighs and looks at her and said, "she is not sure, but it was big and fast... and fucking strong," Johns walks up to Riddick with a heavy sigh, "so here is the deal, you work without these chains, without bit and without shivs, you do what I say when I say it," Johns states, Riddick rolls his and scoffs out, "for what? The honor of going back to some asshole of a cell? Fuck you."

Alice bites her lip as Johns licks his lips in impatience, "the trust is... I am damn tired of chasing you," he said as Riddick looks at him in curiously, "are you saying you would cut me loose?" and Alice looks on as Johns scoffs, "I am thinking you could have died in the crash," Riddick tilts his head in curiosity, he did not believe this was too easy, "my recommendation- Do me, do not take the chance that I will get shiv-happy on your wanna-be ass," Johns scoff, "okay."

"Ghost me, motherfucker, that is what I would do to you," Riddick challenges, riling him up and loving it, he knew Johns would not kill him cause that means no bounty for him and Alice's heart drops to her stomach as she watches Riddick in disbelief, she wanted him no needed him to shut up and agree, but suddenly, but suddenly Johns grabs his shotgun, aims and shoots at Riddick...

Alice could not help but screams as Riddick looks away, but as Johns lowers his weapon and moves away, Riddick was okay, he looks up at Johns in shock as his hands fall from the bonds, he was free! Alice covers her mouth in shock, with herself more crying out, the fear in her heart was great... for Riddick if anything happened to him, "I want you to remember this moment, the way it could have gone and did not," Johns says and hands Riddick his goggles, "here."

Riddick then slowly reaches for them but snatches the shotgun from his other hand and pointed it at Johns and Johns freezes as he watches Riddick with caution, Alice gasps with wide eyes, afraid on what Riddick would do, "take it easy," Johns says carefully but Riddick was listening, "fuck you!" Riddick growls at him and Alice slowly but careful walked towards him, "Riddick," she gentle said, hoping to hope to gain his attention but it was more focused on Johns.

Johns slowly holds his hands up to stop her, "Alice stay back," Alice stops and looks on, "yeah, stay back Alice," Riddick growls, not wanting anything happen to his mate, Johns swallows hard as he holds his hands up in surrender, "do we have a deal?" He asks, "I want you to remember this moment," Riddick mocks Johns accent and lowers the gun but does not give it up, he set it down far way from Johns and turns towards Alice, grabbing her arm.

"Do not touch her!" Johns growls at him and Riddick looks at him and smirked, "calling dips, Johns?" He scoffs and Alice looks at Johns and assure him, "Johns it is okay, he would not hurt me," Riddick laughs at him, "yeah, Johns I would not hurt her," and he wraps his arm around Alice's waist as he uses his free hand to put on the googles on before heading outside with Alice.

Once everyone was forced to get used to the fact the Riddick was now with them, Fry ordered everyone to grab as much as they could to take it to the ship, Imam helped Fry with the power cell that was used to control the ship, she had high hopes it could work for the lifeboat to get everyone off the planet and Imam asks, "just one?"

"For now," Fry said and so, everyone begins to walk the path towards the colony that was found, Riddick was forced to drag everyone's stuff while Imam and followers carried the power cells, Alice could not help but look her shoulder several times at Riddick and Jack picks up the pace to walk with her, Alice looks at him, but double takes when she saw what he was goggles, like Riddick.

"Jack, no... he is not a role model," Alice scoffs and Jacks looks up to her and said, "but he is Riddick! He is so cool," Jack looks so happy and Alice rise a eyebrow, "how is it cool to murder someone?" Alice scoffs.

"I heard he only kills in self-defense, not in cold blood," Jack states and looks over his shoulder, watching Riddick, he frowns when he notices something, Riddick was eyeing Alice, "he is watching you," and Alice shivers and said, "I know he is," Jacks looks at her and ask in curiously, "why is he watching you?" he asks, "it is a secret," Alice smiled at him and Jacks smiled at her and he walks off.

Shazza watches Riddick drag their equipment as she walks with Johns, she scoffs at the deal Johns had with Riddick, "so, you click your fingers, and he is one of us now," Johns look at him and said, "I did not say that, at least this way I do not have to worry about you will... falling asleep and not waking up."

Jack paces over to Johns, Shazza and asks, "so, can I talk to him now?"

"No," Johns, Shazza and Alice all say strongly, and Jack scoffs and stomps away from them as he pouts, with Paris lagging behind, he struggles to keep up his liquor bottles in his bag, when he shifts the bag on his shoulder, he feels a bottle falling out, "blast!" He turns to quickly pick it up, but when he grabs the bottle... Riddick grabs it as well, Paris slowly looks up in fear as Riddick was bent down to meet his height, they both straighten their pose, Riddick holds the bottle in his hand.

"Paris P. Ogilvie, Antiquities dealer, entrepreneur," Paris stutters as he adjusts his glasses and holds out hand in introduction, "Richard B. Riddick escaped convict... murderer," Riddick accepts the handshake and grins at Paris's fear, he lets go of Paris's hand and begins to guzzle down the liquor.

"That is the good Shiraz, it is a lovely drop, it is very expensive," Paris stutters, obviously upset with losing his precious booze but what can he do? "By all means, please help yourself," he mutters in defeat as Alice looks over shoulder, watching the whole thing, she could not help but giggle at the whole thing and Paris turns away and paces to join the others, Riddick grunts as he continues to pull the heavy equipment, it was not much trouble for him but he was hating that he was not with Alice, he picks up the pace to join her.

"Drink?" He asks as he holds the bottle out of her, she jumps when she sees a bottle in front of her and his voice next to her, "I do not drink," she shakes her head and Riddick scoffs, "that line might work for Johns, Pet, but you are talking to me and I can smell the bullshit miles away."

Alice sighs and takes the bottle, taking a few gulps and grunts at the burning feel, she exhales heavily and scoffs when she hears Riddick laughing at her, she looks at him and said, "thanks," and hands the bottle back to him, watching him taking the last gulps before tossing it away, "were you serious about everything you said," she asks.

"Which part?" Riddick asks, and she looks away, "about us, the pull," she said, blushing a little and Riddick smirks, "that is what I have been told, this is a first for me too, Pet, but you can feel it, too right?" Alice then looks at him and sighs, "I do not know what I am feeling but... it does feel better being closer too you, I do not know why."

Alice misses her step and trips over a rock but before she could fall, Riddick quickly grabs her, she gasps as he holds her in his arms, she felt so much better being in his arms, it felt she was home again," she heard a voice, "are you okay," she turn to see Imam and his followers stopped to check on her.

Alice clears her throat and scrambles out of Riddick's arms, "yes, I am fine, I tripped but Riddick help me," she blushes and continues to walk, Riddick chuckles with humor as he continues to pull on the equipment, Imam watches with unease, he was worried for the girl being so closed to a convict.

Chapter 9: 5 ~ Afraid of The Dark

It was not long until everyone reached the settlement that was founded, when Fry lead them all to the skiff with a big smile, some were pleased but other mean Paris, were not and he scoffs at the sight as he and Shazza exam it, "you must be joking, I mean I can appreciate antique but uh..." he gestures at the state of the skiff.

Basically, everyone ignores Paris since he has been complaining non-stop since he woken up, Fry struggles to get the power cell onboard to try and see if it will work, at least power it up enough to check out the repairs and how many would be needed to take off and John said, "it will work," and Fry stated, "nothing we cannot repair, as long as the electrical adapts," and Shazza scoffs as she eyes the skiff with unease and doubt, almost agreeing with Paris for once, "not a star-jumper."

"Does not need to be," Riddick's speaks out, "take a 2-seater like this backup to the Sol-Track Shipping Lanes, stick out like a thumb, you are bound to get picked up, ain't that right Captain?" He says as a matter of fact and Fry looks at him in shock and turns to give Johns a 'How did he know that?' look and Alice looks at him and asks what on everyone minds, "how do you that?"

Riddick just smirks at her, "would you not like to know, Pet?" As Alice shivers at his tone and hugs her arm, as if protecting herself from his intense gaze that pierced through his goggles and Johns glares at him and Riddick simple chuckles in humor, loving how it was pissing Johns off.

"Ahh, little help here?" Fry finally speaks up, breaking the tension and Alice moves to help her with Jack and Shazza but Riddick frowns as he watches he mate struggles a bit with the power cell, he feared that she would get hurt so he walks up towards her but Johns blocks his way, pissing him off and Johns knew it and loved it.

"Woah, woah, woah, hey, uh, check those containers for me, see what we can patch with the wings with," Johns orders as scans the damages as he sends Riddick a smirk and Riddick growls lowly at him but does as he is told, not before sending Alice a hidden look, yearning to be close to her and Alice sighs softly as she watches, shivering softly as he walks by, she could feel his strong aura, Dark, yet warm.

While Fry, Johns and Shazza work on the skiff, Iman, along with his followers and Paris all gathered around the solar well that was found earlier, after a long pause to see if any success was made, 1 9f the followers eyes widen as that watch water begin to drip until fresh water poured out of the faucet, the followers spoke excitedly in Arabic as Iman reaches quickly to catch the water and test it, fresh and clean, he smiles big in approval as he moves to helps his followers fill the containers but Paris as always got greedy.

"All right, all right, my turn," he brushes them off to fill up and while Fry, Shazza and Johns were busy with the skiff, Alice walks towards the bath house with tools and a bag of clothes and underwear she salvages from the wreak, hers were starting to irritate her and they smelled from all the sweat, Alice catches Riddick in her corner of her eye about 50 feet way from her, eyeing her again with that look as he watches her head towards a building , with no one looking, he moves to the side and disappears from everyone's sight.

Fry exclaims in triumph as the power cell worked on the skiff, making it light up, "we are getting there, we have got enough power for a sys-check, but we will still need more cells," she says as she gets to her feet with Shazza and scans over the control systems and Johns asks, "how many are we talking about?"

"Let us see, five 6-gigs here... 90 gigs total... other ship carries 20-gig cells, so.... 5," Fry calculates, "5 total to launch," she sighs and Johns looks at her in shock, "35 kilos each, huh, Fuck," Johns scoffs at the weight, and Shazza suggest, "weel, that is pretty heavy, yo know that old sand cat out there? I might be able to get it going," Johns looks at her and nodded, "do it and if you need an extra hand..." he gets up and looks out the windshield of the ship and frowns in realization and caution, "where did Riddick go?"

(the Bath House Showers)

Drip... drip.... drip... drip... drip, drip, drip... whoosh!!!

Alice laughs in triumph as she watches the showers come on full blast, now that the water pump was working, she had faith the showers would be the same, she sighs and gets to her feet, holding out a hand to feel the water pressure and temperature, it was cold at first but soon, it became a perfect temperature.

All the desert heat and dirt made her feel so disgusting, she has been dying for a nice shower, she walks towards the door and shuts it, locking it so one could disturb her, she looks around for soaps or shampoos, she managed to find untouched bars of soap, undressing out of her clothes and underwear, she stood fully naked as she walks towards the showers, the showers had no curtains at all, so that said they did not believe in privacy, but she was an exception.

With a content sigh, Alice shoves her face under the hot shower and smiles, this is what she needed so badly, she takes the bar of soap and begins lathering up her body, washing away the dirt, sand and sweat, she did not want to waste the hot water.

Peeking around the corner, silver eyes shine in the dark as they watch the beauty bathe under the shower, watching her massage her body and washing away the bad stuff that she suffered today, the water dripping down her body, admiring ever curve, every sexy damn inch of her.

Alice frowns when she felt like she was being watched, she turns and looks around, the steam of the shower was filling the room and blocking out most of sight, she shivers at the thought of someone watching her, she quickly turns the water off and rushes to get a towel, wrapping it around her, holding on it tightly, Alice walks back to where she left her clothes... but they were gone! She gasps and freezes at her steps.

"Looking for something Pet?" Riddick stood not too far from her, leaning against the wall as he holds her panties and bra in his hand and Alice holds on to her towel tighter, trying to keep it closed and in some sort of protection, "what the fucking hell are you doing in here, Riddick?" She asks and Riddick just smirk and brings the panties to his nose, sniffing them, "mmm, just enjoying the show, my Pet," he chuckles.

Alice's face heats up in embarrassment, "you fucking been watching me!" Riddick looks at her smirking, "I am just keeping an eye out what is mine," he said that as Alice paces towards him and tries and fail to snatch her underwear out of his hands, but he yanks his hand out of her way, chuckling at her frustration, he holds them up, above her head and Alice glares at him and said as strong as she could, "give it back, this is not funny."

He brings it to his nose, inhaling deeply, "you smell so sweet... Pet," he looks down at her with intense glare and moves closer to her, make her back up to a wall, "I wonder if you taste as sweet as well," he tosses her old underwear away and grabs her wrists, trapping them above her head.

Alice cries out and tries to fight back but he was way too strong, he then shoves his knee between her legs and looks down at her, she was so beautiful, that is all he could think, how beautiful she looked trapped in his grips, removing 1 hand from her wrist, he trails his fingers down her arm, to her face, stroking her neck and moves to touch her chest, brushing his fingers at the top of her breasts and he whispers, "so soft."

Alice whimpers softly, in fear and in need, she needed him as badly as he needed her, but she feared him, fearing of getting hurt, would he hurt her? Riddick looks up and said, "has anyone checked the coring room," as he finishes his sentence a scream erupts from outside, everyone snaps their heads towards the sound and rushes out to find Ali, Imam shouts is alarm, "Ali!"

Alice looks away to Shazza and Paris and said, "get the kids out of here now," and they listen with looks 0of sympathy for Imam and the other followers as they mourned the loss of their brother, Alice looks down as she hears the cries of Imam and the others as they frantically chat in Arabic, she covers her mouth, muffling the cries and soon, Imam and followers held a funeral for Ali, burying his body as they chanted a prayer for his way home, Fry, Johns and Shazza all scouted the entrance of the cell, Johns lights up a flare and throws it into the hole, as soon as the light touches the walls, they all could see skeletons wedged the dirt, when the flare touches the ground, Alice gasps in horror as they could see hundreds of skeletons covering it.

"Other buildings were not secure, so, they ran here, heaviest doors, thought they would be safe inside, but they forgot to lock the cellar," Riddick says as he deduces what happened here, Alice shudders in shook as she looks down, she slowly moves closer to Riddick, she felt somewhat safer next to him, but she had to be cautious with her feeling around the others, especially, Johns.

Shazza walks down to meet Riddick and sighs, she takes off her breather and hands it to him, but of course Riddick thinks she just wants him to repair it for her or some bullshit to get on his nerves, but Alice is surprised, Shazza was just trying to be nice... well until she called him an asshole, Johns just watches the 2 of them and decides to change the subject, there was more important things to worry about now, "okay, let us board this place up and get the hell out of here," Johns says and wags finger to get them to follow him and Shazza turns to Riddick and then kicks her breather towards him and stomps away.

Alice sighs and pick up Shazza's breather, she unhooks the air coolant and hooks it up to her own, taking it off her shoulder and cleans the mouth guard, "thanks," she said softly to him and Riddick looks down at her and asks, "for what?" Fry and Johns were looking around in some of the buildings, finding samples of different rocks, "whatever the fuck those things were, they seem to stick to darkness, so if we stick to the light, we should be okay," Johns states as he deduced about those creatures that killed Zeke and Ali as Fry was barely listening as she finds some old tag on one of the samples, " let us go," Johns says as he turns to leave but Fry's voice stops him, "22 years ago."

Johns turns and walks back towards her, "what," Fry looks up and said, "these coring samples are dated, the last one's years ago this month," she looks at the sample and Johns asks unsure what the point is of it, "is there something special about that, Carolyn?" Fry looks at him and sighs out, "I do not know, there could be," then suddenly, like a snap of a finger, she remembers the solar system model, Fry and Johns gathers everyone in the room where Fry found the model, "the miners used this monitor the planets orbit, it goes by every year, but why would miners care about it," she asks.

Alice looks at her and shrugs, "maybe to monitor the suns, see how long it takes to go down?" she asks, and Shazza nods, "yeah, almost every colony has one, some to even monitor the planet's weather patterns," and Paris scoffs out, "but from the looks of it, the suns do not even seen to go down at all," Fry states, "the last time anyone was here 22 years ago, this month, I think something happened to the suns on that month," and begins to rotate the system.

The countdown began and started the reach closer and closer to 22 years, Alice moves closer and watches the planets rotate, but she gasps as she sees the planets begins to align as it hits 22, the Saturn-like planet completely covers the suns, leaving only the planets, Fry whispers, "an eclipse," as she tries to rotate it more, but it did not look like the eclipse was going to end anytime soon.

Riddick whispers in her ear, causing her to gasp and then jump a little, she sighs in relief, "stop doing that," she places a hand over her rapid heart and rolls her eyes at him as he chuckles, she frowns when she notices him carrying a bowl and shiv, "what is that for?" she frowns at the green substance in the bowl.

"Found it in 1 of the cabinets in the bathhouse," he holds up the bowl and sniffs it, "i am guessing it is some sort of shaving gel," he says as he moves to sit under the wing of the skiff, he sniffs the gel and grunts at how old it smelled, "in case you have not noticed," he rubs his head which carried fuzz of hair, "this does not happen by miracle," he smirks and begins to coat his entire head with the gel and begins to shave as Alice scoffs and watches him, "are you not nervous about the eclipse?"

Riddick begins to laugh, "me? Nervous?" He snorts and wipes away the gel off the shiv, "have you met me already, Pet? I can see in the dark," Alice walks overlooking down at him and says with worry in her voice, "but so can those creatures," he stops laughing and with a sigh, "true."

"We have seen what they can do, from the sounds... who knows how many there are and that scares me to death, seeing how all these people..." Riddick cuts her off, "Alice," he reaches for her hand giving her a firm but gentle grip, "I do not make promises that I cannot keep, and I do not make them often, trust my word when I say, I promise nothing will ever happen to you," he says strongly and determinedly and Alice sighs as her heart flutters at those words, something inside her believe him, but should she? Could she?

Suddenly, a very sick looking Johns stumbles out of the skiff, he leans on it for support then bends over to vomit, Riddick chuckles and let's go of Alice to finish his grooming, "bad sign, shaking like that in this heat," Riddick says as he runs the sharp shiv over his scalp, Johns voice wobbles, "I thought I said no shivs," he gags and vomits again, as Alice notices Johns hands shaking violently, she knew the sign, he was an addict as Riddick holds up the shiv with a snort, "shivs? This? This is just a personal grooming appliance," he smirks and continues to shave, Johns did not have the energy to argue, he needed a hit, and he needed it bad, he scrambles away and goes off to find his stash.

Alice folds her arms over her chest and moves to sit next to Riddick, watching Johns stumble towards the wreck, "he is an addict, is he not?" Alice did not know why she asked, she could smell it from the first moment she met Johns, Riddick scoff and wipes away the shiv against the bowl, "you think Johns... is a do-right man, do you not?" He snorts and looks over at her, "you think I could trust him to cut me loose?" Alice sighs and said, "no and no I do not think he is a 'do-right' man," she scoffs and then shivers in disgust, "had a bad feeling about him since I first stepped on theHunter," she looks up and sees he missed a few spots, "hang on," she reaches to take the shiv, but he snaps his hand out to grab he wrist, she gasps as he growls lowly in warning, "you missed a few spots," she stutters and tries to gently pry him off of her, "it is okay," she whispers, trying to assure him, she somewhat manages to get him to let her go and slowly hand her the shiv.

Sighing softly, Alice gets to her feet and stands behind him, helping him groom, "did you hear something between Fry and Johns?" She asks as she gently shaves his head, "I know they are always whispering about you, hell Fry practically glues herself to his side as if he is a shield with that badge," she scoffs as Riddick tries not to show his emotions, but the feel of his mate grooming him made him purr softly in his chest, it was a new feeling, good, but strange, "I guess if it were trickeration he would just 'X' me out, he would just kill me," he scoffs, not really surprised with another person wanting him dead, he shrugs, "then again... I am worth twice as much alive," Alice's hand freezers as she looks at him in realization, "he is not a cop, is he?" She asked and Riddick scoffs, "he is got that nickel-slick badge and that blue uniform but all in, he is just a merc and I am just a payday, that is why he would not kill me, see? The creed is greed," he snorts.

Alice sighs as she gives him the finale shave, she moves and grabs her water bottle that she recently filled recently filled and a cloth near him, dabbing it with some water, she moves and gently cleans his head off, rubbing off the gel and hair.

Riddick closes his eyes as she massages his hot skin with cold water, he licks his lips and gently grabs her hand, stopping her, "what did I say about stirring the Beast... Pet?" He smirks and turns to looks at her, "want to get eaten again?"

Alice shivers as she thinks about what he he did to her in the bathhouse, how he made her feel, Riddick slowly gets to his feet and stands just inches away from her, his eyes trail down to her arm and lifts up her sleeve to see the bruises from where Johns grabbed her, he frowns deeply at the sight and lifts his hand to touch her flesh.

"If he ever touches you again," he growls lowly and takes the shiv back into his grip, "I will ghost him," that is another promise I am willing to keep," he says and Alice knew he was telling the truth, which causes her to tremble against his touch.

"To answer to your question earlier.... I do not truly know what is going to happen when the light go out, but I do know when that dying starts, this little psycho-fuck family of ours is going to rip itself apart," Riddick leans in closer, "fear... brings out the touch of all of us and you will truely see what people really do to save their own asses."

Riddick slowly lets her go and heads inside the skiff to have a chat with Fry.

Part 2 of Beat the Eclipse

Riddick walks out of the skiff with a little satisfied smirk on his face, now that Fry knew who Johns was, it was only a matter of time before she starts losing her trust against him, no one should trust anyone, Alice, on the other hand... he needed her trust, if he was going to get off this rock with her, he needed her to trust him... cause when the time comes.... he had a feeling it was going to come between him.... or the kid.

Alice walked around looking at things, but she freezes in her steps when she looks out towards the horizon, her heart drops to her stomach at the sight and her voice wobbles in fear, "oh, my god," as she could feel the others watching with her, seeing what she could see, and everyone watches the Satan-like planet slowly rising towards the sun, it was staring, the Eclipse and Paris gasps out, "what are my eyes seeing?"

"If we need anything from the crash ship, I suggest we kick on, the sand cat's solar," Shazza states as she rushes to get the sand cat and Jack asked, "where is Riddick?" Alice frowns in realization and stands on the back of the sand cat to look for him, "I will go and find him," she says and begins to get out but Paris stops her, "leave him! He would not wait for us!" He scoffs at her, but suddenly Riddick comes jumping from above and lands right next to Paris and Paris stutters in surprise and fear when he realizes that Riddick probably heard him and he mutter, "I thought we had lost you," he then moves away from him.

Alice sighs in relief and watches him next to her and in front of Jack, "miss me, Pet?" Riddick grins at her and she scoffs out a laugh, "like a tick," she then giggles, and Riddick scoffs out a laugh at her and reaches to grip her thigh, "I think I am growing on you," and Alice made no movement to shove his hand over, if fact she welcomed his touch.

Shazza moves and uses the cage bars on the cat to lift herself up and calls out, "Johns!" As johns was rushing back into the skiff and grabs his stash, Shazza starts up the cat and drives off but manages to catch Johns on the way, Riddick reaches out and helps him into the cat, but both gives each other a glare showdown as he shoves Johns away.

Shazza drivers fast as she could to reach the site, the drive was not a smooth one, especially when she reaches the bone yard, Alice was resting her head on my hand that was on her knee as she was watching Riddick as he rests his elbows on his knees and intertwines his fingers together, resting his chin on his knuckles, Jack then places his googles on to look more like him, Riddick snorts and lifts his finger for him to look to the side and Jack and Alice both turn fast and see they were about to hit the bones and Alice said a bit loud, "duck!"

Riddick moves quickly and covers Alice, grunting as the bones above them break against the impact and fall over the cat and them, after they passed through, Riddick lifts off her and the 3 of them watch the bone yard fall apart and collapse, causing a blockage for them when they go back, Riddick then looked back at Alice and strokes her face, making sure she was okay, Alice nods, assuring him that she was not hurt, she turns and gasps at the sight, the planet was even closer to the sun, half of the planet covered the horizon as they were drawing closer towards the sight.

Shazza slams on the breaks and no one wasted any time to grab what they needed, Alice hops out the back and rush inside the ship, grabbing what she needed while Fry, Johns, Riddick and Imam all rush to grab the power cells, Paris gets out and begins to rush towards the storage, but Shazza stops him, "where ae you going?" She scoffs at him and he turns and holds up a shaking hand, fearing that she would leave him, "I am going to get some things, I will be a few minutes, you would not leave without me, would you?" He asks and Shazza scoffs and throws her hands up and putting the cat into park while Paris races towards the storage container, "just give me a minute."

Alice managed to grab a bag and loaded up the necessaries and headed back to the cat, but slow down as the sunlight begins to dim, she watches in terror as the planet continues to rise, "oh, God," Alice pants in fear as she looks up after throwing her bag into the sand cat and everyone rushes to get all the power cells, Riddick carries 2 at the time on his shoulders from the ship to the cat, Johns carried1 and so did Imam.

Jack, Shazza and Alice scramble to get the dirt off the solar panel as it begins to slow down, the cells were finally loaded up, but it was too late, the light begins to dim even more as if it was sunset on Earth, everyone looks up and watches the Stan-like planet's ring begin to cover the sun as Shazza struggles to get the cat start and Alice and Jack watch with dread as the solar panel slow to a stop.

"Shit," Shazza mutter and just as the sun was covered, everyone perks up at the horrific sounds of the creatures wailing from below and begin to rise, from the distance, everyone watches the creatures flying out of the cavern holes that covered the planet, from where they stood, they all watch with horror as the creatures take control of the skies and Alice gasps with wide eyes, watching the sky fill with a dark, nightmarish funnel of man-eating raptors.

Johns then walks up behind Riddick as they all watch, "how many are there?" Riddick could only watch in complete awe at the sight, it was breathtaking, yet so deadly and he then whispered, "beautiful."

"Allah!" Imam exclaims in fear, fear for his followers and the others, Paris then yelled out, "people just a suggestion, but perhaps you should flee!"

"Let us go!" Fry yells at them all to hurry and Imam shouts out before hitting Johns shoulder to snap him out of his shock, "come on! Run!"

"Alice!" Jack yells as he runs with Imam and his followers, but she was helping Shazza as Fry and Johns were not far behind, Shazza tries so hard to get the cat started up again, but it was useless, "fuck! Shazza come one," she yells and starts running as Shazza follow behind her as Riddick moves and rushes to Alice, grabbing her hand as they run, "come on!" He shouts and forces her to run faster with him.

"Run! Come on!" Paris yells at them to hurry as everyone managed to reach the container but Shazza, Riddick and Alice were still far behind as the creatures looped into the air and then dived towards them.

"Get in," Fry shouts as she urges everyone inside and Jack turns with wide eyes, "Run!" He cups his mouth as he yells and Alice pants as she struggles to reach the container, but she could hear the creatures draw closer and closer, Riddick rushes next to her, both of them is behind Shazza and Fry yells, "get down!"

Shazza makes a swift turn and jump into the ditch, rolling on the ground and presses herself flat, Riddick grabs Alice and forces her to turn and jumps into the air with him, both of them roll over the dirt and he then scramble to cover her with his body in protections as the creatures swoop down and miss them all and Shazza pants heavily and lifts her head, she looks over her shoulders and sees Riddick and Alice, she could not hear the creatures and she was closer to the container, maybe... just maybe.

Fry watches and knew what she was planning, "no," Alice then looked over at her, "no! Stay there!" She whispers strongly, Shazza ignores everyone's warning and gets to her feet to run again, and Jack yells out as he tries to rush to her but Paris grabs him and holds him back, "stay down, Shazza! Just stay down!"

"Come back here!" Pris grunts as he holds him.

"Shazza no!" Alice tries to get up and stop her but Riddick holds her down and turns to cover her again, as the creatures fly over them again, "get off me!" Alice tries to fight but Riddick was to strong and heavy, "Shazza!"

"Shazza, stay down!" Jack cries and fight with Paris but he could not get out of his grip, Alice could not see but she could hear Shazza grunting in pain and the sounds of flesh being ripping, she whimpers and buries her face into Riddick's chest, the sound of Shazza screaming blends in with the creature's shrieks as they feasted on her body in the skies, fading away from everyone.

Riddick lifts his head and sees that the creatures were truly gone, he then slowly gets up and brushes himself off, then reaches down to Help Alice to her feet, "come on," he said softly and her towards the container and Paris rushes Imam's boys into the container, "please, I really think we should go inside, we have to be inside to be able to close the door, come on, let us go! Go! Go!"

Alice wipes her her nose with a trembling hand, and Riddick walks behind Alice but both of them freeze when they hear a louder wailing in the air, Alice whimpers softly as they both turn to look towards the darkness, Riddick lifts his goggles and rests them over his forehead as his eyes shine in the dimmed light, he watches from the distance and sees the tall, hollow dirt towers crumble.

"Riddick?" Alice moves to stand closer to him, "what is it? What is it now?" She asked, worried what the answer would be, as Riddick watches and sees more of the creatures rise from the caverns, but these were far larger than the ones that killed Shazza, twice the size of a man.

"Like I said... it is not me you got to worry about," Riddick simply said as Alice trembles and watches the sun give off one more shine, then completely fall into complete darkness, she could not even see Riddick in front of her anymore.

"Riddick?" She whimpers softly and blindly tries to find him, he turns quickly and urges her inside, holding on to her as he helps her into the container and slams the door shut.

Chapter 13: 7 ~ Where To Hide? When The dark Is Alive?

Fry clicks on her flashlight in her hand and shine it to find Riddick and Alice, Alice winces at the bright light but sees the others at the end of the container, trying to open up the door, but it was jammed, Fry then shines the light to help the others as Alice and Riddick moves to join them, Riddick averts his sight away from the light, it hurt too much to have it glaring in his face, even with the goggles on but not as bad when they are off.

"She should have stayed down, if she only would have stayed down, she would be okay, she would not have died," Jack whimpers and Alice then moves and hug him, rubbing his back in comfort, "we are going to get out of here," she whispers but could not stop her voice from shaking, and Johns says, "you remember the boneyard? These just might be the fuckers that killed every living thing on this planet."

Alice looks up as the follower's chat back and forth in Arabic with Imam, she could tell they were all scared, everyone was scared, but Riddick seemed like the only who kept his cool and Alice then spoke up, "what are we going to do?"

"Are these the only light we have? Is this everything?" Johns asks and Fry said as she looks for torch on the on the floor here, I just cannot find it," and everyone clutches on to any source of light, Paris only had a lighter, Riddick hands Alice a flashlight and avoids the brightness of the other and Imam states, "quiet please, everyone."

As everyone begins to quiet down, the sounds from outside begin to grow louder, they could still hear the creatures wail and their wings flap loudly, the sounds echo all around them in the container and Jack asks, "why do they do that? Make that sound?"

"Perhaps it is the way they see," Imam suggests and Alice looks around and said, "like bats from Earth, echolocation, sound reflecting back..." then yelps in terror when sounds were made from inside and everyone shine their lights towards the sound, "could be a breach in the hull, I do not know," Riddick says as he scans the area with his eyes, he looks over his shoulder, "come on, Johns, you got the big gauge," he says sarcastically and Jacks just remarks, "I would rather piss glass, why don't go fuckin' check?"

Paris then scrambles away, towards the door as he shoves everyone out of the way, "I am not staying here one more second," and Johns demands, "where are you going? Sit him down," Paris then shoves Alice away making her her shout as she is slams into the metal wall, most of the men shout at him for being so violent towards a woman, Fry moves and jump at Paris, forcing him to turn as he frantically fights and looks around in terror and Riddick moves and helps Alice up to her feet, "fear bring out the truth, Pet," he whispers as he leans in closer.

Alice looks up at him, remembering his words from earlier and rubbing her sore shoulder, Riddick then wraps his arm around her waist with his hand touching her ass, Riddick whispers not really wanting her to get hurt anymore, "stay close to me, Pet."

"You do not know what is out there," Fry states strongly as she and Imam try and contain him but Imam snatches the crowbar from Paris's grip and moves to force the door open and Paris said frantically, "I know what is in here."

Imam grunts and struggles but soon he finally gets it open, "hurry!" He rushes everyone into the small hole to move to the next part of the container and Riddick turns and reaches to pull Alice inside with following in tow, Imam was the last to get inside and rushes to seal the door he made, with a sigh of relief, he rests against the wall, but then yells when a part of the creature stabs its way though the wall, Johns yanks him out of the way and holds up his gun.

Paris yelps as he continues to hold his lighter and then yells when fire shoots out beside him, he then looks up to see Riddick holding the welding torch, using Paris's lighter it up, he quickly cuts a hole big enough for all of them to escape he then hands Fry the torch and moves in first, holding his hand for Alice, he turns fast when Fry comes in with the torch lighting up the room for them.

With everyone busy trying to block the entrance, Riddick removes his goggles off his eyes to scout the darkness, as he goes further and further towards the darkness, he then suddenly hears one of the creatures on top of the rafters, feasting on something as he hears the loud chewing of flesh, slowly Riddick moves to hide in the shadows.

Paris grunts in despair when he looks around where they were, "now, we are trapped in a much smaller space, I that this!" He then exclaims and Alice then turns to see Riddick walking away, Hassan one of Imam's follower's notices as well, he then looks over to Alice and asked a question in Arabic. she guesses he asked her 'where is he going?'

Alice just shakes her head and shrugging, "I really do not know," she sighs and together they slowly begin to follow him, she watches as Riddick moves around into a corner and then suddenly, he just disappeared into the shadows, she frowns and looks around with Hassan, but they both jump when a chuck of flesh is dropped in front of them and freeze as they hear noises in front of them and slowly look up and see a creature standing from a rafter and Alice gasps as her eyes widen in terror and jumps when a arms grab her from behind and a hand slaps over her mouth, Riddick then slowly walks out of the shadows, holding Alice.

"Extremely bad timing," he said as he keeps his eyes on the creature and holds on to Alice tightly, Hassan breath heavily with terror as he could not move his eyes away from the creature and the creature seems to be watching all three of them, watching with its unique eyes and Alice grabs Riddick's arm tightly as she trembles strongly, "just do not run," he says to both of them and Fry and the others hear the creatures and Riddick's voice, "Riddick?" She calls out.

"Do not stop burning," he speaks up for all to hear, Fry, Johns and Imam all work together to use the torch to open another pathway, "take this, take that," Fry says as she shoves the torch into Johns hands, he then quickly begins to cut a hole for them to escape, as Riddick did not take his eyes off the creature with Alice and Hassan... that is until another shows up behind them and Riddick slowly moves back into the shadows with Alice, leaving Hassan alone.

"Hassan? Where is Hassan?" Imam then asks frantically when he finally realize that another one of his followers was missing and as the two creatures extended their arms and when they opened their hands, a tentacle-like limb slowly comes out and shoots towards Hassan and when Hassan shouts in fear and runs but then more creatures that was hiding in the shadows, began ripping him apart and Alice squeezes her eyes shut, whimpering against Riddick's hand, tears trail down her cheeks for Hassan, Riddick then turns her away, watching still, keeping his eyes on the hunters.

"Run," he then whispers in Alice's ear and pushes himself and her out of the shadows, with the creatures busy feasting on Hassan's body, Riddick knew they had a chance to escape but he quickly turns when he sees the other creature that moved but just stalked them both, "run!" He shouts and yanks on her hand to take off running towards the other as the creature chases after them.

Everyone perks up as they hear the creatures snarling in the darkness and rapid footsteps approaching, Riddick and Alice races around the corner and everyone shines their lights on them, causing Riddick to yell in pain as he tries to cover his eyes from the bright light.

"Watch out!" Alice screams and tackles him to the floor, giving Johns the opportunity to gun that fucker down and the creature takes off into the darkness and everyone watches out of it, as Riddick pants heavily as he rubs his eyes, the pain of the light was always too great for him, Alice gently moves his googles back over his eyes and feel him grip her hand in his.

"Are you okay, Master?" She whispers and he looks up at her with an intense stare, "do not worry about me, Pet," he grunts as he looks up while the pain fades, looking out for the creature and everyone shines their lights everywhere in every corner until the body of the creature falls from above, causing everyone to scream and back away, Johns holds his gun up in caution as they all slowly approach it and Fry asks, "is it alive?"

Riddick then got up to his feet and helps Alice up, holding her back as he slowly approaches the creature, as Fry shines her flashlight over the creature's body, they all watch its skin begin to sizzle and shrivel up like it was being burned and Fry gasps out, "it is like the light is scalding it."

Alice wraps herself around Riddick's arms for support and safety, "it hurts them, light actually hurt them," she gasps out and suddenly the creature jerks, causing everyone to jump and scream, Alice yelps and jumps into Riddick's arm without thought, Riddick chuckles in amusement and grins at her and Alice gasps and tried to wiggle out of his grip but he holds on not really caring anymore who knows about them.

Suddenly a loud animalistic squealing erupts from the darkness, the creatures were still hunting them but the light they carried keeping them away... for now and Imam asks but he fears the answer, "Hassan?"

Alice then faces Imam and giving him a sympathetic look, "I am so sorry," she whispers and Imam moans in despair and closes his eyes for his loss, he whispers in Arabic, but Johns scoffs out, "we will burn a candle for him later, now come on, let us get the fuck out of her," he said and moves to kick the hole where he had cut, leading them all out to a safer area but who knows how long they are safe?

Chapter 14: Part 2

Part 2 to Where To Hide? When The Dark Is Alive?

With the torch as their light as it sits in the middle of the group, Fry goes through everything they had on them, all the light they had light they had left and begins to think of a plan, then Fry states out, "so, we have got one cutting torch, we have got two hand lights, that got to be something we can rip of the crash ship."

"Spirits, anything over 45 proof burns rather well," Paris suggests and she asked, "how many bottles you got?" Paris then stutters out, "I do not know, maybe about 10," and Fry says believing they had enough to make it, "Johns, you have got some flares, maybe we got enough light."

"Enough for fucking what?" Johns scoffs and Fry said, "we stick to the plan, we got the four cells back skiff, we are off this rock," and Paris says sarcastically, "I hate to ruin a beautiful theory with an ugly fact... but the sand cat is solar, it would not run at night," and Jack said worriedly, "you mean tonight? With all those things still out there?" As Alice sat closer to Riddick, Alice rubs his arms, trying to calm him down but he continues to shake in terror and Johns shrugs believing they can just wait it out, "all right, now how long can this last? An hour? A day, tops?"

After Imam had said his prayers over his beads, he begins to think back when Fry show them the solar system model, "I had the impression from the model... the two planets were moving as one and there would be a lasting darkness," and everyone looks over to each other with worry, but except for Riddick, he was just worried for Alice, but he never show it.

"These suns got to come up sometimes, if these fuckers are phobic about light, then we just sit tight.... and let the sun comes up," Johns states, still not believing this is going to last much longer and Alice stared at him and then speaks up, "yeah, okay, I am sure somebody else said that... locked inside that coring room as they were being ripped apart and being eaten alive."

"We need to think about everybody, especially the kid, we will be scared out there in the dark," Johns says as he points towards Jack and Alice stands up and glare at him, "do not fucking dare, do not ever use him like that."

"Like what?"

"Like a fucking smoke screen, deal with your fucking fear," Alice states and Johns snarls at her with a warning finger, "why don't you shut the fuck up for two fucking second and let me come up with a fucking damn plan that does not involve mass fucking suicide?"

Alice shrugs at him as she gives him 2 seconds, "well? We are waiting, for your plan," she scoffs at him, "if no one has anything better, it sounds like it is our only fucking choice, I do not want to go out there anymore than you do Johns, but we are fucking shit out of luck here right now," she sighs, then suddenly looks at Johns and asks, "how much do you weigh?"

"Why does that matter?" Johns scoffs and frowns at her, and she demands, "how much?"

"Around 79 kilos, to be exact."

"You are 79 kilos of gutless meat, that is why you cannot think a fucking plan," Alice sneers at him and Johns shoots to his feet towards her, "is that fucking right, you little bitch?" Suddenly Riddick stands in his way protecting Alice and Johns shoves his gun against Riddick's throat, but Riddick could not help but chuckle, "think about the reward, Johns," he smirks and Johns sneers, "I am willing to take a cut in pay," Riddick place his goggles on his forehead and gives Johns an amused smirk.

"How about you a cut in dick?" He asks as he taps his shive against Johns nether regions and Johns then stiffens and send Riddick a death glare, "alrighty then," he scoffs and starts smirking, obviously thinking about what he could do to him once the restrains goes back on, "hide behind your guard dog, slut, let see how long it will be before he turns on you," Johns said to Alice as he sent a glare to her and Riddick snorts, "woof, woof."

"This solves nothing," Imam argues, trying to stop the fighting, this was the time for everyone to be each other throats, and Jack hugs his knees, rocking himself as he shakes his head frantically, "no, I am not going at there, they will get us all," he whimpers and Alice moves and holds him as Fry moves to sit next to him, "they are afraid of the light and that means we do not have to be afraid of them," she softly assures him and Alice nods, "she is right, we know their weakness, that means we can fight back."

"And you are sure you can get us there? Even in the dark?" Imam asks Fry as she gets up to stand before everyone, and Fry looks up at Imam and shakes her head, "no, I cannot," she then averts her glazes towards Riddick," but he can," Riddick then looks when he feels everyone eyes on him, it pisses him off that she was forcing him to be a hero.

Chapter 15: 8 ~ Escape The Night

After everyone agreed to go back out there... into the darkness, they gathered everything they had to make the trip towards the wreckage, since Fry carried the torch, she led the way and protected everyone while Johns and Riddick were behind as Fry opens the cargo door, shoving the torch out first and uses it find the stone steps to lead everyone out, she uses her upper body to shove the sliding door wider and sees the steps, one at the time, everyone exits the cargo hold.

"Stay close," she whispers as she leads everyone towards the ship and Johns walks out with his shotgun and light, scanning the skies and surroundings and Alice paces with Jack to keep up and both of them looked all around, fearing that the creatures will pop out of the darkness any second and Riddick paces to be close to her, scanning the darkness, he knew they were out there, hunting them and waiting for the right opportunity to strike.

As they finally reached the wreckage, Fry holds her hand up to stop everyone, "wait," she walks up to the broken entrance and uses the torch to look inside, she could not see much, so she backs away and turns, "Riddick," she calls and Riddick walks towards the wreckage but gently pushes Alice away in case of anything, he then walks closer until he was right there and lifts his goggles off his eyes, he then scans around the darkness, searching everything corner he could see, so far so good, he did not see the creatures.

He looks over his shoulder, "looks clear," he said and Johns moves up and walks past Riddick to go inside first, holding his gun close to him, but once he shines light inside, a creature pops out of the shadows and everyone yells and duck, Riddick turns quickly and grabs Alice, pulling her to take cover, the creature shrieks and files away and Johns glares at Riddick, "you said 'clear'."

Riddick just looks at him and said, "I said 'it look clear'," he argues and Johns scoffs and asked, "what does it look like now?" Riddick then lifts his head and looks around inside again, he then turns back and shrugs at Johns, "looks clear."

Alice sighs and rolled her eyes, dropping her head in relief against his arm, "oh Jesus."

Finally, inside the wreckage, no one wasted any time to find any source of light, Fry, Imam, Riddick and Johns were yanking off the optic cords off the walls of the ship and removes the large battery that connects to all the cords, it was enough to wrap the lights around everyone and Paris was preparing his liquor bottles to make bottle torches as back up, Alice was running to the ship towards where Fry said where the flares were located and the emergency lights.

Paris grimaces that his liquor was going to wasted so he takes one last swirl but then spits out the rest into the torch, testing the flammability, a huge fireball is made once the liquor hits the flame, as for Imam and Suleiman used the parts from the wreckage to made a sled and begins to load it up with the power cells and the large power battery along with the optic and for Alice she was trying the ropes through the holes as Fry and Riddick were walking around them with Riddick telling them all what he will be doing and for them not to stagger behind because this is a once chance trip and they must listen to him.

Jack moves to sit next to Alice and ties the cords to make them more suitable to carry, "here Alice," he then hands her a zip tie and Alice takes and said as she holds a strap with her teeth, "thanks."

"I will be running 10 paces a head, I want light on my back, not in my eyes," Riddick states as he holds a hand up to block the bright torch, "and check your cuts, these bad boys know our blood now," he adds a warning as Jack looks up worry when Riddick said that and Alice grunts as she tightens the last cord and looks up at Jack to see he was worried, she watching him for a bit as he takes one of the cords and shine it over his hand, watching the blood flow.

"Hay, it is okay Jack, I will protect you okay?" Jack looks at her and nodded at her as she smiles at her and Paris walks over to Fry and asks nervously, "are we actually going to this?"

"We stay together, we keep the light burning, that is all we got to do to live through this thing," Fry says and looks around, "where is Johns?" Alice then scoffs, "saw him going around to grab his stuff," as she tightens the last knot and Fry scoffs and knew where to find him, Alice then gets up and follows her, they both found Johns twirling his dummy bullets that carried his morphine stash.

"Are you ready?" Fry glares at him and rolls her eyes when he just sits there with a high smile, "look, we are just wasting light here," Johns snorts out, "you give him the cells and the ship... and he will leave you all out there to die, he will just leave you," and turns to looks over towards them, not realizing that Riddick was listening in, "especially, you," he then pointed at Alice and scoffs, "you think you can keep him tame with that tight, little pussy of yours and he will treat you any different? Do you know that one of the people he killed was a woman? Killed her with no problem," he gives a bitter look.

"Well Johns you need a fucking life and yes I know I cannot tame Riddick and beside that I really do not want to tame a Beast like him but I do wonder what will happen to you, when things get tough Johns" and with that she walks, and she then gasps when she saw Riddick waiting around the corner.

Riddick has no emotions written on his face when he watched her, he could tell she wanted to know the truth, but now it was the wrong time, he then walks away leave her to prepare and soon everyone was ready, Riddick then takes the lead with a flashlight strap over his body and the others were wrapped up with the cords lamps and Riddick walks out first, then Johns and Imam begin to drag the sled, soon Riddick begins to pick up the pace, forcing everyone to meet his speed.

Shinning lights everything, everyone scanned the area for those things and as the group paces through the desert, they could hear the creatures snarling in the shadows, Alice gasps when she shines her light, she forced one to shriek in pain and back away, as for Jack pants heavily as he scans around him, he could hear them, feel them watching them, he knew they could smell him, licking their fangs in hunger for his blood.

Paris held on to the cutting torch throughout the pace.... until the flame lowers and puffs out of his gasp, everyone turns to see that one light has been lost already, which made their fear rise, he then tries to grab one of the bottles, but he then accidentally drops a flare in the process and Jack noticed it as he sees it rolling away from the sled, he then called out, "wait," and take off the optic cords off to rush and get the flare back and Alice turns fast, "Jack!"

Everyone scans around and Imam noticed one of the creatures heading towards him, hearing it fly into the air as it tries to swoop down at him, he runs and shoves Jack away, covering him in protection as Alice snatches her cords off, "Jack!" She then yells and rushes to them to help them get back to the light and Fry rushes to help as Johns just fires his gun left and right and turns sharply to point it at Fry, causing her to skid to a halt, he then lowers it but goes back to scanning.

Paris panics as he ducks for cover with everyone, he begins to crawl away, forgetting about the cord lights wrapped around him and he babbles over and over as he crawls, "this cannot happening," and Fry notices him and tries to stop him, "Paris! Stop! Get your ass back here!" She yells.

Imam and Alice help Jack get back into the light, "are you alright?" Imam asks them and Alice nods, "thanks," as Paris continues to crawl away and soon and he yanks on the cords, forcing the battery to be yanked and dragged until sparks shoot and the light finally dims until it dies.

"This cannot be happening, this cannot be happening," Paris whimpers then stops crawling when he realizes that it was dark, he looks around, hearing the creatures surround him and then suddenly, a loud snarl is made and Paris feels a creature rush by him, he grunts when he feels an impact him him, he then gasps in pain and reaches too where he was struck, flickering his lighter to see when he feels something warm and wet, his hand was covered in his blood.

"I was supposed to die in France," he says softly, regretting he never got to accomplish his dreams, he lifts his flask to his lips, "I never ever saw France," he then takes a big gulp and spits out a huge fireball, lighting all around him to see dozens of creatures surrounding him, when the darkness engulfs him, all he could was scream as they all feasted on him.

Chapter 16: Part 2

Part 2 to Escape The Night

Fry ignites a flare and begins to help the other light up the bottles, lighting their way through the night, but would it be enough to get them to ship and off this rock in one piece? Alice sighs and rubs her face with worry, for Riddick, everyone else, she just wanted to go home and Riddick suddenly walks out of the shadows and rejoins the group and Johns says sarcastically, "well, it is good to see you are okay."

Riddick ignores him and looks out in the darkness, no one could see what he could see, he watches the creatures swarm Paris's body and feast and fight over the body parts and Alice speaks up, "where is Paris?"

Riddick did not answer, which was all she needed to know and Fry sighs and asked, "do I want to know?" Riddick just continues to ignore everyone and watches the creatures with curiosity, especially the ones who moved away from a meal and begins to track... a certain person in the group, he then turns and looks to see who they were eying, Jack whimpers softly in terror as he listens the sounds the creatures made in the darkness, Riddick frowns but then realizes as he put it together, Jack was not cut, yet they are itching to get to him, they crave for blood, it made sense, his voice was higher for a 14-year-old boy.

Riddick watches Alice walks up to Jack and hug him, tight trying to calm him down, so his Pet was hiding more than one secret and so they were back on their path towards the ship, or were they?

"Are we getting close?" Jack asks Fry as she walks close to him and Alice and Alice ask Fry, "we should we be, I do not remember it being this far, right?"

She could not answer either of them, "can we pick up the pace?" she asks and Johns was becoming frustrated and yanks off his rope but before he could say anything, Suleiman begins to exclaim in Arabic and asks Imam in a questionable and frustrated manner and Johns shines his light to where Suleiman was pointing at and he sees tracks that were made from their sled, he grits his teeth and stomps towards Riddick, who was scanning the dark from where he knelt.

"You want to tell me what the hell is going on?" He demanded and Alice frows, "what is going on?"

"We crossed our own tracks," Fry says as she listens to what everyone was talking about and Jack frowns in confusion, "what? Why?"

"Why have we circled? Are we lost?" Imam asks Riddick and he said, "listen."

"Do you even know where we are?" Imam demanded and Riddick shoots to his feet and said strongly, "Listen!" Everyone then becomes quiet and soon, they could hear it, the creatures, they sounded like they were everywhere, surrounding them but neither of them would touch them because of the light and Riddick nods at the distance, "canyon ahead, I circled once to buy some time to think," and Alice walks closer towards the men to hear better, "why?'

"To think about our little situation and what need to be done," Riddick explains and Alice did not like that tone in his voice, what was he planning?

"I think we should go now," Imam urges and Riddick scoffs, "I do not know about that, that is death row up there, especially with the girl bleeding," and everyone snaps their head towards him in confusion, "what?" Fry frowns at him and Johns states, "what are talking about? Fry is fine and Alice is not cut."

"Not her," Riddick scoffs and looks over to Johns, "or Alice," he then turns and looks towards where Fry stood but it was not Fry, he was looking at, "her," and Fry frowns but then soon her eyes widen in realization as everyone turns to look at Jack and Alice sighs in realization as guilt covers her face and Jack stood there like a deer in headlights, stuttering her words as she tries to explain, "I-I-I."

"You got to be kidding me," johns scoffs and Alice asks Riddick, "how did you know?" Riddick just tilts his head at her not really answering her and Jack cries and said, "I thought it will be better if people thought that I was a guy, so I can find work easily," and she plops to the ground, crying softly as she holds herself and Fry sighs softly and moves to sit next to Jack, "I am sorry, I am sorry, sweetheart, are you really bleeding?" She asked gently.

"They have been noes-open for her ever since we left, in case you have not noticed, they go off blood," Riddick remakes and Alice glares at him as Fry gets to her feet, "look, this is not going to work, we are going to have to go back," she sigh and Johns turns towards her in disbelief, "what did you say? You are the one who got us out her and made us into sled dogs," he glares at her.

Fry then looks down, regretting her choices, "I was wrong, I can admit it, can we just get back to the ship?"

"I do not know, nice breeze, wide-open space, I am starting to enjoy myself out here," Johns says sarcastically, and Fry scoffs at him, "are you high again? Just listen to yourself."

"No, you are right, what is there to be afraid of? My life is just a steaming pile of meaningless shit anyhow, so I say 'Mush on' the canyon is only meters and after that it is the skiff city, why don't you butch up, stuff a cork in this fucking kid and let us go," Johns growls out and Alice then snaps to her feet and delivers a punch across his face and then a knee to the gut making him dump to a knee and Alice shouts at him, "fuck you!"

Johns got up and then backhands Alice across the face hard, making her fall to the ground, "Bitch!"

"Alice!" Jack, Fry, Imam and Riddick checks on and Fry shoves him away from them, "you fucker! You are insane."

"Oh, I am insane, or do I just need another spike?" Johns asks sarcastically, as Alice clutches her face as she sat on the ground, spitting out a mouthful of blood, Johns snorts at the sight and he scoffs at them, "you two make a lovely couple, a bitch and his butch," and Riddick growls lowly and silently as he glares at him behind his goggles and Imam states, "in case you have forgotten, she is the Captain, we must listen to her."

"Listen to her? When she was so willing to sacrifice us?"

"What?" Jack looks up in surprise while Fry just glares at him for spilling her dirty little secret and Fry then states, "this does not help us," and Johns ignored her and said, "the crash, she tried to blow the passenger cabin, kiss us in our sleep."

"Shut your moth!" Fry grits her teeth at him and he asks sarcastically, almost mocking her, "we are just disposable, we are just walking ghost to you?"

Fry then rushes at him, "shut you fucking blowhole!" She screams but Johns dodges her movements and sends her to the ground and Fry could not move, she just holds herself in a fetal position as she lies on the ground and Imam then steps forwards, "fine! You ahve made your point, we cannot all be scared," he glares at Johns for being so violent towards the women and Johns just scoffs and then turns towards Alice, "how much do you weigh now?" He snorts and glares at them all, especially Fry, "the verdict is in," he reaches and grabs a flare, igniting it into the night and turns to glare at Imam, "the light moves forwards," he says strongly and begins to head to the sled.

Jack gets up and checks on Alice, "Alice," she lightly touches her cheek, accidently causing her to wince.

"I will be fine, let us just get the fuck out of here," Alice waves it off and moves to get up with Riddick helps as if she was lighter as a feather and he then pulls her close to whisper in her ear, "when I get close to Johns, stray away just a little, I will then give the word, you will see it, remember... stray away," he leans back and gives her a serious look before moving forward to lead the way again and Alice did not know what he was talking about... but she had a feeling that Johns is going to wish he had never even hit her.

Chapter 17: 9 ~ I Warned You

Riddick moves to join Johns, leading the way like he was supposed to, but inside he was holding back to Beast inside him as it snaps like a rabid dog, walking past Johns, he holds up a hand to blocking out the light of the flare.

Johns on the other hand, had an idea but he needed someone to take the fall of it, knowing Riddick, he cannot say no, and he would not mind getting some blood on his hand, then Johns states, "not all of are going to make it."

"Just realize that?" Riddick snorts and sense that Johns following behind him, the others were not too far behind, but far enough not being able to hear the two of them chat and Johns grins, "seven of us left, if we could make it through the canyon and lose one that would be a feat."

"Not if I am the one," Riddick snorts and Johns smirks and then said, "what if you are the one of the six?" As he walks next to Riddick but perks up when he hears the creatures closing on again and shines the flare towards the sound and Riddick stops for a second and arches a brow at him, "I am listening," he says and then continues on the path and Alice rubs her sore face as she keeps her eye on Riddick, wondering wat he was planning, Jack asks, "what are they doing up there?"

"They are talking about the canyon, I think and how to get us through," Imam suggests and Alice says and looks over to Fry, "John is losing it, you do know that right? We cannot trust him anymore."

"He has got the gun and the firepower, what do we have?" Fry scoffs, pointing out how they cannot overpower Johns and Alice looks over to her and with a scoff, "we have Riddick," and Johns continues to float his ideas in Riddick's mind, "battlefield doctors decide who lives and die, it is called triage," and Riddick points out, "you kept calling it murder when I did it."

"Either way, I figure it is something you can grab onto, sacrifice play, hack up a body, leave it at the start of the canyon... like a bucket of bait, trawl with it, got extra cable on the sled, we drag the body feet behind us," Johns explains the plan and Riddick had to admit, that is an impressive idea, "nice embellishment."

"I do not want you feed them, I just want to keep them off our scent," Johns scoffs and Riddick turns around as if he was scanning the area but gives Alice a discreet wink, "so which one caught your eye?" He randomly asks and Johns frowns at him and pats him to turn away from them, "do not look, Christ, what the hell is wrong with you?"

Alice leans close, "Imam," Alice whispers lowly for all to hear, "Imam, slow down, just a little more space between them," and Fry asks, "what is going on?"

"Johns is planning to have one of us killed," Alice whispers and Jack gasps, "what?"

"He would not," Imam frowns at her and Alice points out, "look at how he is acting, he is addict and he will do anything for money, he is going to make Riddick do it, he may be a merc, but he does not want innocent blood on his hand," and Fry frowns at her, "how do you know?"

"It is a feeling, and you can see he is planning something, you all saw how he acted when he found out about Jack," and everyone turns and watches both of them, slowly their pace just a little, "Riddick would not hurt us, would he? I mean.... he has been helping us," Jack stutters.

"I do not believe that he will hurt us," Alice shakes her head, she knew he would not hurt her.... but the others... she was not so sure."

"All right, enough of this shit," Johns scoffs, "you do the girl, and I will keep the others off you back, the girl that protected her well-fucked and she will just forget all about her in time," Johns snorts and Riddick regrips the strap, cracking his knuckles in anger and Johns chuckles with a snort, "it is not too big of a job for you, is it? Or too little?" Riddick just chuckles humorlessly and turns to face, "I am just wondering if we do not need a bigger piece of bait."

"Like whom?" Johns scoffs and Riddick eyes him and down, the shine giving off a cold glare that told Johns everything he needed to know, before he knew it, the flare was out of his hands and Riddick goes for his gun, Johns turns fast and grabs it, shoving it out of the way before Riddick pulls the trigger and Fry shouts and urges everyone to hide, "leave the sled! Let us move! Let us go!"

"Riddick!" Alice yells and tries to run for him but Imam pulls back, yelling in Arabic," Riddick!" As Riddick and Johns continuously fight for the gun, letting it go over in several directions, the flare was their only source of light for the fight, Johns gives Riddick a few good punches until he breaks Riddick's arm and the gun goes flying out of their grip, Riddick shove him away and snaps back in place.

Riddick on one side and Johns at the other, Riddick slowly takes off the strap and watches Johns be alert for any moment he made, holding on the straps, they circle each other, Johns jumps when he hears the creatures hissing, but he never took his eyes off Riddick and Riddick stops and smirks at Johns, "one rule," he says and slowly pulls out a shivs and Johns gasps and pulls out a knife but before he knew it, it was out of his hands and he was one ground.

"Stary in the light," Riddick smirks and Johns scoffs and get his baton, using it to trip Riddick and sending him to the ground, both of them grunts as they fight each other for control, Riddick managed to get the baton out of Johns hands, but Johns made a grab for Riddick's shiv, Riddick grabs wrist and fights him as Johns slowly tries to bring it towards Riddick's face, but Riddick was stronger, he manages to hold his wrist back in a tight grip.

"Remember that moment," Riddick says as he shoves Johns away, Riddick grabs his shiv again and quickly gets to his feet, but spins and slices Johns's back open, making him fly forward in pain as blood trains down his back.

"Should not never taken the chains off, Johns," Riddick scoffs as he watches Johns wiggles on the ground in pain, struggling to get his gun and reload it, the flare finally dies, leaving them in the shadows, "you were one brave fuck before, you were Billy bad ass, the chains, the gauge, the badge," he snorts as Johns grunts in pain as he loads the bullets into his shotgun.

Riddick's eyes shine in fury through the dark, "I warned you, Johns, you touch her.... I will ghost you, you should have known better Johns, never.... ever.... a Furyan's woman," and Johns gasps at the word, he knew about Furyans, his eyes widen, and he cocks his gun, sitting up as he pints where the voice was coming form, but he could not see anything and Riddick whispers in the dark, "I told you to ghost me."

Johns jumps when he hears the creatures again, shinning his light all around, but they still swarmed him, swooping down from the skies, a creature tries to strike but Johns grunts and falls as his gun goes off and he scrambling to his feet again, he sees the creature changing towards him, he cocks his gun but he gun makes a click, he accidently loaded his gun with his dummy bullet, he eyes widen in terror and he grunts at the impact, feeling the creature stab into his body, Riddick watches on in the shadows, pleased that his 'pain in the ass' was finally dead and gone, the creature growls lowly and chomps down on Johns head.

After the gun shot stopped, Alice and the others begin to search for Johns and Riddick, Alice was terrified of the idea of losing Riddick, if anything ever happened to him, Fry was more concerned with getting everyone out of there alive, she scans their surroundings, shinning her torch to light the way, Alice turns as she hears the creature hissing around them.

Panting softly, Alice moves and turns and then bump into something hard, then she screams in terror, as she backs away but arms reach out and grab her, holding her tight against a hard chest, Alice gasps and see it was Riddick, she then sighs in relief and Riddick smirks and said, "miss me, Pet?"

Alice hugs him tightly, feeling him wrap his arm around her, "I thought the worse," she says softly and Riddick snorts out, "I am actually offended you have such little faith in me," and Alice then pulled away and said, "next time you plan that shit again, I will kill you," she then smacks his shoulder and pulled away, rolling her eyes as his laugh.

Riddick turns towards Fry and scoffs at her scared look, "so... back to the ship? Huddle together until the lights burn out?" Fry then realizing what Riddick just did, leaving John to die, she snarls at him, "get away from us," and Riddick continues, "until you cannot see what eating you, that is the big plan?"

"He just saved us from whatever Johns was planning to do, face it Fry, Johns was at the point it was us or him," Alice says and Jack then gasps out as she looks at Riddick, "where is Johns?"

"Which half?" Riddick just remarks, meaning that the creatures got him instead and Jack gasps in horror and turns away with tears forming in her eyes, "we are going to lose everybody out here, we should have stayed at the ship," she sobs and Riddick walks up to her, standing behind her, "he died fast and if we have any choice about it, that is the way should all go out," he glares at her when he sees her tears, "don't you cry for Johns, don't you dare," he warns and then walks away.

Soon, they managed to find a place to rest, it was still far from the skiff and everyone was growing tired, Alice walks around while Jack and Sulieman were 'chatting', from the sound of it, Sulieman knew little English, Imam and Fry joined them and Alice overhears him offering prayer for their safety, but Alice was curious to know where Riddick went off to, she then found him examining an old fossil of the creature, he picks up a broken bone off the ground and places it where it should be, he studies it carefully and then grins at his discovery.

"Blind spot," Riddick says softly, he then looks over his shoulder as he hears footsteps and sees it was Alice, he slowly puts the bones down and sighs and Alice asks, "so what did you find out?"

"Those things have eyes far apart from each other, which makes the middle part of their heads impossible for them to see, get close enough you got a blind spot," he explains, and Alice rolls her eyes and scoffs, "you brave enough to get close to test that theory?"

"You never know when the opportunity will happen," Riddick states and Alice sighs, "true," Riddick then reaches up and gently touches her cheek, he could see a bruise forming where Johns had struck her, Alice tried her best not to wince at his touch, and Riddick asks softly, "does it hurt?"

"I will be okay," Alice waves it off but Riddick repeats with a serous gaze, "Pet... does it hurt?" Alice looks at him and says, "it is fine," Riddick sighs and pushes her the bone behind her and says one more time, "does it hurt, Pet and if you lie to me one more time I will punish you right here."

Alce shivers at that and whispers, "a little," and Riddick gently pull her off the bone to his chest and kisses her bruise skin, inhaling deeply, her scent was what made him go on, Alice trembles when his lip gently brush her cheek and his nose trails over her hair, she pulls away to look up into his eyes.

"For the record... I am not a gentle man, Pet," he says lowly, giving Alice the double meaning to his words, making her blush at his word, "but I will try for you," he whispers and Alice slowly gives him a small smile at his word, blushing red, Riddick pulls her closer and take her arms gently, holding her as she buries her face into his chest as Riddick sighs, he never held a woman like this before, he could not help but grins at the feeling, holding Alice is something he want to do every day for the rest of his life, he looks off, seeing the other occupied with praying, "she was a Reaper," he suddenly says and Alice stiffens in his arms and looks up at him as he looks off towards the distance, as he continuing his words.

"The woman Johns was talking about, she was a Reaper, turned Rouge, when she heard about my bounty, she did everything she could to put me down, she got herself thrown into the slam where I was, one night though, she broke out of her cell and hunted me down, I ambushed her in the lowest part of the slam, where the most dangerous and most deadly convicts were held, during the fight, she accidently opened the cell, the guy who was in there... he had no humanity left inside him, pure animal, no remorse," he finds himself deep in his thoughts and memories, "it took just 5 seconds before he had her and he snapped her back like a toothpick, I am still amazed that she was still alive after that, I can still hear it break like a twig, her screams."

Alice tightens her hold around him, comforting him but it did not help.

"She begged me to kill her, to end her pain, it was too much for her and I knew she did not have much time left anyway, I could have just left her there to suffer, but... something told me to just end her, so... I snapped her neck," and Alice closes her eyes in sympathy, for Riddick, sighing softly, "Riddick..."

"Do not," he growls at her, "do not give me any pity, I do not need it or want it," Alice just buries her face into his chest, "well, tough shit bitch," she scoffs and looks up at him, "I am going to give it to anyways, blame it to the fucking pull, but I do not believe you deserve all the bad shit that has happened in your life, I can see another side of you than what others have labeled you as," and Riddick scoffs and moves away from her, "Pet," he turns and face her as he leans on a boulder, "you do not know a fucking thing about me."

"True, but is it not what the pull is for?" She points out and move to be face-to-face, "I am willing to find out more about you, the bad..." she stands mere inches away from him, places a hand over his heart," and the good," as Riddick finds himself speechless for once when his Pet placed her hand directly on his beating heart, the feel of her connecting to his soul and Alice jumps when she felt a rumbling in his chest, she frowns at the noise and the vibrating feeling against her hand, his was purring.

"Alice," Riddick speaks softly and takes her hand to gently removes it from his chest, "there is nothing good about me," and Alice had enough of his bullshit and slap him and scoffs, then said, "bull fucking shit, I do not believe it," and Riddick snorts at her, "are you going to be this god damn stubborn throughout the the whole pull?"

"Yea, you better get fucking use to it," and Riddick finds himself laughing with her, but when he leans in closer, the laughter stops, and they both carried a serious look as he leans closer to kiss her, but suddenly a sound for a throat clearing interrupts their little moment, they both pull away from each other and turn to see Imam watching them and he asks, "shall we pray together?"

Riddick just scoffs and let go of Alice to go walk over towards a boulder to be close to the torches as Imam continues, "I have already prayed with the others, it is painless," but Riddick was not having any of it as he slumps down on the rock, fixing his googles as he snorts, "it is pointless."

"Because you do not believe in God does not mean God do not believe in---"

Riddick cuts him off, "think someone can spend half their life in the slam... with a horse bit in their mouth and not believe? Think he could start out some trash bin... with an umbilical cord wrapped around his neck and not believe? Got it all wrong, Holy Man, I absolutely believe in God, and I absolutely hate the Fucker," he says bitterly.

Imam does not take his words heavily, he simply just brushes them away and said, "he is with us, nonetheless."

"2 of your boys are already dead, how much faith do you have left, Father?" Riddick points out and asks sarcastically as he moves away to secure the cells, since the sled was slowing them down, Riddick decided to tie the cells directly with the ropes as Alice sighs and crosses her arms over her chest, her heart ached for Riddick, he had such a hard life, all she wanted to do was make it easier for him.

"Do you believe you can change him?" Imam asks her and as Alice looks over to him and just sighs, "no," she shakes her head, "as badly as I want to, the only one who can change Riddick... is Riddick himself."

Imam nods, "yet, I have seen changes in him ever since he met you, I do not know, he may have been the same, but it is hard since neither of us truly know the man," Alice then moves and sit next to Imam, "I would like to pray," she said and Imam nods, "what do you want to pray for?"

Alice sighs, "for our safety and... for Riddick."

Chapter 18: Part 2

Part 2 I Warned You

Soon, they continue their journey towards the skiff, Alice, Jack, Suleiman an Imam pulled on the sled meanwhile Riddick took the lead to guide them, now they were out of the desert, they came across a familiar canon, but they could hear the creatures snarling in the distance, Riddick holds up a hand for all of them to stop and kneels down to scan ahead.

"I can see one way," he rises to his feet and points ahead, "that way, it is the only way off this rock, just keep the girl between you," he said and someone spokes up, "what about the cells?"

Riddick stops and looks over his shoulder, "I will take those," he offers but something was in his tone of his voice made Fry frown at him, she then remembers what Johns said about him if they gave him the cells to the ship and Riddick moves behind them all and grabs the ropes, lowering his googles over his eyes, he was ready and he said, "move.

"Are you sure you can keep up?" Alice asks.

"Move!" Riddick shouts and begins to run and everyone begins to run through the cavern, startling the creatures with their movements and their light, suddenly a swarm of the smaller creature's spill from the canyons and swoop down towards the group and Alice yells and yanks Jack lower, "duck!"

They all drop down and continue to run, the torches in their hands set some of the creatures on fire, as Riddick continues to struggle with the cells and dodges the creatures that were on fire and once the creatures were gone, they the straighten to continue their run, picking up the pace, but then suddenly, they gasp at the feel of wet, slimy substance begin to drip from the skies, Alice gasps and looks at her arm, it was a purple substance was falling from the sky.

"Do not look up!" Riddick yells, "Do not look up!"

Alice could not help but she slows her steps and looks up, the creatures were attacking each other, killing each other, for them and she gasps out, "they are killing each other!" Riddick then grunts loudly and runs and shove his body against hers, pushing her out of the way when one of the creatures fall from the sky and everyone dodges left and right as the creatures continue to kill their own kind, bodies fell from the skies.

Suddenly, everyone slows to a halt when they see the bones blocking their path.

"Move! Keep moving! Keep moving!" Riddick comes rushing towards them and begins to move the bones with Imam's help and Fry holds Imam torch as they cleared a path for everyone and Riddick goes in first and holds a hand for Alice, "go hurry!" He urges her and turns to continue on, without waiting for the others and Alice follows him but she hears Suleiman shouting in Arabic, one of the creatures had him and Imam was straggling to hold on to him, Suleiman dropping his torch and the liquor caused the flames to grow bright, forcing the creature to let him go and Alice turns to go help but Riddick snaps his hand out and grabs her yanking her to follow him and Alice frowns at him, "Riddick! Let go!"

Jack hears her and moves to follow, "Riddick! Wait!"

"Riddick, what are you doing?" Alice was flighting out his grip and Jack calls out, "Riddick!"

"Let go!" Alice was finally gets out of his grip then looks up as she hears the creature flying in the air, it was heading towards Jack, "Jack!" She yells and rushes to her and Jack gasps and looked up, pointing her flashlight and sees the creature heading towards her, Alice yanks her out of the way and the two of them hide under a bone, they scream while the creature lands on it and it breaks, falling on the girls and it begins to peck its way to reach them.

"Help!"

"Oh, fuck!"

Riddick turns as the others look and sees the girls being attacked, Fry rushes towards them and uses her torch to try and get the creature away from them as Riddick looks and sees his path and Fry was yelling, "get off of them! Get off of them!"

The creature was shrieking at Fry and then continues to fight for it meal, Alice screams and using her body to protect Jack and while everyone was busy, Riddick could easily make it to the ship but...

"Riddick! Riddick, please!" Alice cries and continues to scream, "aah~" She cries out in pain when the creature's claw scratches her hand deep, and Jack cries out, "Alice!"

Crying in pain now, she continues to call out for him, "Riddick!" Riddick then slowly takes his goggles off and growls lowly, he cannot leave Alice and Fry yells when the creature uses its tail to shove her away so it can focus on getting to the girls, but it turns when it hears a loud growling heading towards him Riddick runs towards the creature and the creatures then moves to attack Riddick, but Riddick made a grab for its talons as Fry then rushes towards the girls, helping them out from under the bone, Jack was crying in terror and Alice was clutching her bloodied hand.

"It is okay, it is okay," Fry says as she calms Jack down and moves to help Alice, wrapping her hand up and they look up and see Riddick fighting the creature as it snaps to bite him, it lifts its head to deliver a fatal chomp, but Riddick was faster though, he then quickly grabs his shiv and begins to stab the creature over and over and slice its belly open, the creature falls on the ground but it was still alive, Riddick moves quickly and snaps its neck and he panting heavily with angry he glares down at its body, "he did not know who he was fuckin' with," he growls out and looks up, still carrying the angry vibe, "stay close," he says to them but it was mainly Alice.

Imam helps Suleiman walk since he was cut bad, Fry held Jack close as for Alice she tries to stay close to them and Riddick, but Riddick was moving way too fast but suddenly, the pain was too great for Sulieman, he falls to the ground, groaning loudly in pain as Fry, Alice and Jack move to help Imam with him and someone said, "come on, get him up."

Imam moves and begins to carry Suliman in his arms and suddenly Alice jumps at a cold feeling dripping on her skin, she frowns and holds her uninjured hand, water dripping into her palm, she then looks up to sees it was raining, of all the time they had on this plate, it now decided to rain on them right now!! Riddick then stops and looks up, laughing in complete dry humor at the whole situation, he turns and looks at Imam and asks, "where the hell is your Gods now?"

Fry, Alice and Jack try to keep the torches going but it was pouring heavily all around them and did not seen to be letting up anytime soon, they then moved towards a cover to keep the torches going, Alice places her torch under the cover, close to Jack and moves to stand next to Riddick in the rain as he then climb on one of the rocks and scans and she asked him, "are we close?"

But Riddick was quiet as he looks towards the path, tightening his jaw as he thinks and Alice shivers at the cold rain, her lips trembling, "please, just tell me that the settlement is right there!" She begs him but Riddick continues to be quiet for a moment, then finally he turns and looks at her, "we cannot make it," and Alice frowns at him but quickly turns when she hears Imam shouting in anguish, yelling in Arabic to the skies and Sulieman was gone and Alice sobs and turns away in horror as Riddick moves off the rock and grabs Alice to focus her to look at him, "Alice! The cells are slowing us down and these things are hunting the blood," he swallows hard and looks at the others, "they are more focused on your sister, they would not go after the cells, we need to get the cells to the ship."

Alice sighs, knowing he was right but she was not going to leave them, maybe... for her safety, she can hide them somewhere then come back for them, she looks around and see a small cave, "Fry! Jack!" She calls and urges them all, "come on! Hide here! Now!" She says and Fry, Imam and Jack hurries into the cave but when Jack sees Alice was not following, she frowns at her and she was confused, "Allice? What are you doing?"

"We are going to head on to the ship, we are going to get the cells there," Alice says and Jack frowns at her, "what?" Why was she leaving, and Fry looks up and glares at them both as Alice states, "Jack, they are way too heavy and they are going after us left and right, we cannot protect the cells and each other at the same time, stay here and I will come back for you guys."

Alice looked at them and said strongly, "I will come back," she promises and Riddick shouts over the rain, "Alice! Hurry!" Alice then looks up at Fry's angry face and said strongly, "I will not let him leave," Fry then grits her teeth and said, "you better," and Alice then turns and exits the cave so Riddick can cover the entrance with a rock, leaving them in safetly from the creatures, Alice hopes, Riddick turns and grabs Alice to help her keeps up as he rushes up the small, slippery hill to get the settlement.

Chapter 19: 10 ~ Would You Die For Me?

Panting and grunting, Alice and Riddick helps each other with the cells as they reached the top of the hills, Riddick stands straight and sees the settlement beyond them and Riddick pants out, "I see it, right there," and Alice panting heavily replied with, "thank fuck," as she sighs and grunts as they continue to pull the cells, meanwhile with the others in the cave, Fry was beginning to lose her faith, she did not trust Riddick and she had a feeling that Johns was right, he was going to leave them all... but Alice, the way he looks at her.

"They are coming back, right? Alice would let Riddick leave" Jack says and Fry for once could not answer her, because she did not know at all, but she trusted Alice to help them... but Riddick she had a feeling that Riddick would do something, as Alice was struggles more as they move towards the skiff, she grunts with Riddick as they pull them on to the ramp, groaning loudly, they both finally get them inside, Alice pants heavily and falls to her knees, she groans in pian and clutches her hand and Riddick says softly, "rest, I will get the cells connected and get some light on," and then begins to get the cells lined up and hooked up to the ship.

With the torch gone, everyone was left in the dark, but light still glowed under them, Jack holds onto Fry's hand, and they all looked up and sees dozens of glowing bugs on the cave ceiling, as Riddick moves as fast as he could to get power going, with all of the cells finally hooked up, the power flickers until finally it come on full blast and Alice sighs in relief, "yes!" She whispers and gets up to look around, "there should be some emergency light around here, flares or anything we can use to go back for the others."

Riddick looks back at the exit ramp and hardens his jaw, "I think I saw some by the seat," he lies, and Alice turns and looks over towards the seats he was pointing at but then frowns when she did not see anything, unaware of Riddick grabbing something out of the first aid kit and Alice asks, "I do not see them, are you sure you saw them here?"

Riddick then moves and stands behind her, not saying anything.

"Riddick?" She asks as she feels him behind her, she straightens and begins to turn but he stops her and grabs her, "Riddick! What the fuck are you doing?" She shouts and tries to fight him off but he was too strong, "Riddick!" Suddenly she feels a pinch in her neck, "Riddick," soon she felt her body becoming sluggish and he said as he presses his lips against her ear as he wipes a tear that run down her face, "I am so sorry Alice, but I am not risking her... or yours for them."

Whimpering softly, as she begins to go limp in his arms and gently turns her to sir, he sets her in a passenger's seat and buckles her up, stroking her face softly.

"I hope that in time... you will see why I have done this," he says and tighten the strap and watches her head fall back and she was out, he leans close and kisses her lips and makes sure she was comfy, he turns and walks towards the ramp, clicking the close button and then moves towards the pilot seat, he then begins to get the system going and power up, unaware of a certain determined Fry escaping the cave with a bottle full of glowing bugs and rushing towards the ship but she was not the only one he had to worry about and suddenly, the ramp doors open and he then quickly turns behind him, he then frowns when he could see anyone, when he looks towards where he left Alice, she was gone! He quickly gets up and moves towards the ramp, scanning the area for her but not realizing that she was hanging from the ceiling, Fry turns the corner at the same time when Alice yells and swings from the ceiling.

Riddick turns fast and feels a body slam into his, forcing them both to fly out of the ship and on to the ground into the wet mud, Riddick grunts as his back hits the muddy waters, splashing them both, Alice grips his tank top, yanking him up and delivers a hard punch across his face.

"You fucker!" She grunts and continues to punch him, Riddick just simply grunts, taking the punches and then laugh at his mate's fire, she punches him once more until he lifts his hips and sends her flying over him, she grunts and slides over the mud just as Fry runs towards her and helps her up, as Riddick was actually surprised too see Fry alive, "strong survival instinct, I do admire that in a woman," he chuckles and looks over to his mate, he smirks when she swiped the drugs, "placebo, now that is my woman," he grins and asks, "how did you figure it out, Pet?"

"The visions," Alice growls at him, "I fucking saw what you were going to do, you were going to leave them all and take me! Leaving them to die on this fucking rock!"

"Alice you are a Furyan, as far as I am concerned, you are my main priority, you and you alone," he states strongly and Alice and Fry glare at with angry, "and they are my priority!!" Fry yells at him, "and I promised them that we would go back with more light," and Riddick just scoffs out, "did ya?"

Alice then comes to the conclusion of Riddick, "fear brings out the trust in all of us," she throws his words back at him, "now I see your truth, you are afraid," she accuses Riddick as he throws his head back and laugh loudly, "me? Afraid?"

"I am not the one leaving people behind to save my own ass, that is you, you say I am important," Alice says as she backs away from the Skiff, closer and closer towards the darkness, "but I call bullshit, if it really came between my life and yours... it will always be you and you alone," she says strongly.

"You are wrong, Alice, it is you," Riddick glares at him and Alice challenges him, "is that you talking or the pull? If it was not for the pull, you would just leave me here too" Alice then sighs heavily, "please, there has been some part of you that wants to rejoin the human race," Riddick just sigh and squats as he looks at her with a little humor, "truthfully, I would not know how too," Fry up to this part is tired of his bullshit and states, "then just give me more light for them, I will go back by myself."

Riddick turns and gets the light strap, throwing it towards Fry for her to catch, "there you go," as Alice then realizes that he was determined not to go back for the others, "Riddick... I am not leaving them, please, just please come with us, help us," Riddick just tilts his head, "I got a better idea, come with me, the both of you," Alice just frowns at him and Fry scoffs at him, "you are fucking with me, I know you are," she snarls.

"You know I am? You do not know anything about me, I will leave you here," Riddick says directly at Fry and he turns to glare at Alice, "step inside, Pet," and Fry could not at first, like a broken little girl she sobs when she felt the dark feeling of Deja vu, Riddick continues to goad her to crawl onto the ship, once Fry was on the ship, Riddick then turns towards Alice, "your turns," and Alice just snarls at him, "fuck you."

Riddick chuckles and grins, "that will be happening soon, Pet, but now, we should focus on getting off this rock," he holds a hand for her," Come on," as Fry stands behind Riddick as the faces of the setter's flash in her mind, Zeke, Shazza, Paris, all of the ones we lost in the crash, they could have died because of her, she was not going to make this mistake ever again, turning fast, Fry yells as she charges at Riddick knocking them down, "mow you! Listen to me! I am the captain of this ship, and I am not leaving anyone on this rock with those things, even if it means-" Riddick shoves her off of him and turns to hold her down with his shiv against her neck, 'get this thing off my neck."

"Shut up! You would die for them?" Riddick yells over the rain and Fry says, "I would try for them," Riddick just growls out, "you did not answer my question," Fry now said strongly, "yes I would, I would die for them," and pants when the pants shiv was off her neck and Riddick them moves off her and gets to his feet, standing mere inches from Alice's angry face, "what about you, Pet? Would you die for them?"

"Yes, for them," she says determinedly and Riddick then snatching his goggles off himself, he glares down at her.... but suddenly, he smirks at her, "how interesting," Alice then asks, "would you die for anyone, Riddick? Hmm?" Alice looked at him as she asks that making Riddick frown, "would you die for me?" She says as she moves closer, basically nose to nose with him, but with her height it was her nose to his chin and the thought of Alice dying made his dark heart pound in panic, he could not lose her for anything.

Alice took his silence as her answer and scoffs as she moves to help Fry but Riddick snatches his hand out to grab her arm and turns her face to face him, slamming his lips over hers, he kisses her with hard passion, thrusting his tongue as the rain falls hard over them, mixing with thier kiss, he then pulls away slowly, both breathing heavily as he looks down at her, into her eyes as his shine against hers.

For you... and you alone," he says strongly.

Chapter 20: Part 2

Part 2 Would You Die For Me?

With the dim light from the bottle of glowing bugs, Jack and Imam huddle together in the light, both jump as they hear thudding happening behind the rock, knowing it was the creatures fighting each other to get their way into the cave, with nowhere to go, Jack and Imam held on to each other and brace themselves, but Jack gasps in terror when the rock moves but they both sigh in relief when they see Fr, Jack moves with hope when Fry moves out of the way and Alice peeks inside with Riddick and Jack said with a big smile, "never had a doubt."

"Anyone not ready for this?" Riddick jokes and Imam then smiled and said, "there is my God, Mr. Riddick," Alice then said, "we have got the cells all hooked up in the ship, we need to hurry," as she helps Riddick and Fry moves the rock more for Imam and Jack to escape and as one, they move together towards the path that Riddick and Alice found that led directly towards the Skiff, but Riddick stops when they come across a roadblock, the creatures were swarming around the path, Riddick takes Alice's hand, intertwining his with hers, she does the same with Fry, Fry with Jack and last Jack with Imam.

Yelling, Riddick pulls and leads them through the creatures, the creatures become startled by the sound and appearance, they shriek as the light from the bottle hitting them as they fly away, the group rushes towards the muddy hill and start to climb, struggling to reach the top, Alice grunts and pull-on Jack, helping her more.

"Do not stop~ Come on! Move it!" Riddick yells and shoves Alice, giving her a boost, he turns fast when the creatures were closing in on them.

"You know the way!" He shouts and scrambles over the mud to get away and Fry, Imam and Jack race towards the Skiff, Alice was behind then, but she kept looking over her shoulder for Riddick, Riddick was far behind as was just about to make it past the containers, but a creature flies down and lands in front of him, Riddick skids to a halt but then realizes it did not know where he was, remembering the blind spot, Riddick rushes as it begins to turn towards him, he stands right in between the creature head, hiding himself from its sight.

"On bboard, come on, get on, come, now," Fry urges them all, Alice realizes that Riddick was not behind them and gasps in fear as she waits for him in the lights and Riddick continues to hide himself from the creature until finally it turns and leaves, he then slowly moves away but jumps when another creature show up, making the other aware that he was there, both of them eyeing him down with hunger, Riddick grabs his shiv and then prepares himself.

"Alice, we must go," Imam says gently, knowing that she carried feeling for Riddick and Alice said, "I cannot," as she continues to watch out for Riddick and Fry spoke up, "we cannot wait for him."

"He is coming back!" Alice said strongly at Fry, when all suddenly, Riddick screams fill the air, making them jump and Alice yelled, "No!" As she takes off to find Riddick as Fry shouts out as Imam holds Jack back, "Alice! Alice get back here!"

"Alice!"

Fry then rushes to find Alice as Alice was searching for Riddick.

"Riddick! Riddick!" Alice screams through the rain and uses the flashlight to find him.

"Alice! Stay close," Fry rushes towards her and holding up the glow worms bottle and Alice shouts and screams for him, "we have to find him! Riddick!" When suddenly a figure comes out of the shadows, limping in pain until finally falling on the mud and Alice screams and rushes towards him, "Riddick!"

Fry and Alice scans his body and sees he was cut up badly on his leg, he was covered in his own blood and the creature's blood, he grunts in pain as Alice and Fry force him to stand and Fry says as she takes one arm and Alice takes the other, "okay, hold onto us, we are going to get out of here."

"Come on, you can do it," Alice says as she struggles to support his weight, but even with the 2 women, he was heavy to carry as Alice and Fry struggle with all their might, stumbling as Riddick's body goes limp a few times from the pain.

"Come on, Riddick! Get the fuck up! I said I would die for them, not you, let us move, come on," Fry sys strongly as they both struggle to make it to the skiff but suddenly, Fry grunts and arches back in pain, blood spraying around Riddick and Alice, making them both freeze in shock as they watch Fry look at them, it was like she was having an empathy moment, she could not help but smile at both of them, then finally she was snatched into the air and disappears into the dark skies.

"NO!" Alice screams as she and Riddick fall to the ground and Riddick grits his teeth in pain and grunts when Alice struggles to hold on to him as she shouts strongly, "Riddick, move now! When I said I would die for them... you are one of them, I would die for you," and Riddick gritting his teeth as he struggles to get to his feet and grips on to her tightly, glaring down at her with that hard look, fury in his silver eyes when she said that, that she will die for him.

"Not for me, not for me!" He said strongly and pushes himself with her to make it towards the skiff, Jack and Imam waiting impatiently for any of life, they finally hear someone coming and gasps when they see an injured Riddick holding on to Alice and Imam rushes towards Alice to help her, "hurry!" He shouts and guides them both into the skiffs and Jack asks, "Fry?"

Alice just gave her a sad look and shakes her head and Riddick grunts and let's go of Alice and Imam, using the bars and seats to get into the pilot seat, as Alice Riddick was powering up the ship, Alice moves to sit next to him and helps him, Riddick said as he points at the blue button, "Alice press that."

Imam and Jack sat side-by-side as he trails his thumbs over his prayer beads, "with so many prayers to make up for... I scarcely know where to begins," he said heavily and Jack swallows hard, "I know where I would start," as Riddick finally got the ship ready but then he senses the creatures out there, if they hit the ship, they could cause them to crash, he suddenly shuts off the ships and lights and Alice frowns at him, "what are you doing?"

Jack looks up as she hears the creatures swarming the ship and she shudders, "can we just get the hell out of here now?"

"We cannot leave..." Riddick said as a creature jumps on the windshield, startling everyone, Riddick turns and gives it a cold glare, "not with saying good night," Alice then smirks and reaches for thrusters, "hay Fucker," she calls out and feels Riddick's hand over hers, gripping the lever with her, "suck on this," she snarls at them and together they yank on the power, lightening the creatures up and taking into them all as they take off in flight, leaving the horrors behind them.

As soon as they were in orbit, Alice finally sighs in relief at last and falls against her seat, she finally breaks down in sobs, covering her face as she cries for everyone they lost on that planet, all her fear escaping her pores, her anger, Riddick could smell it all over her and Jack gets out of her chair and hugs her tight and said, "we are okay now," and soon Riddick had the skiff on autopilot towards the shipping lanes, he grunts as he limps out of chair to sit and grabs the first aid kit and Alice wipes her tears away and moves to help her mate, "give it here, I bet I can sew better then you."

Riddick chuckles until he laughs heartily, Alice giggles with him and takes the kit to prove her skills and Imam states, "a lot of questions, whoever we run into, it could even be a merc ship."

"So what the hell do we tell them about you?" Jack asks as she sits next to Riddick while Alice fixes his leg and Riddick sighs heavily and looks into the 'pitch black' space, "tell them that Riddick is dead, he died somewhere on that planet."

Chapter 21: Epilogue - Welcome Home

Alice was numb, for 6-years, she could not feel anything, when she Jack, Imam and Riddick all escaped that horrible planet, barely survived the clutches of the man-eating raptors, they managed to get picked up by friendlies and just as Alice got off the ship, she was shocked to watch the skiff take off... with Riddick driving, why did he leave her? All that sweet talk about keeping what was his? Yet... he left her, she heard rumors about him for years, he was hunting but no one knew what... or who.

Imam settled in New Mecca like he said, he found a wife and had a child, a daughter, but a year a ago, Alice heard that New Mecca was destroyed by the Necromancers, Imam was killed, his wife and daughter managed to escape and thankfully, Alice never settled in New Mecca, the universe was their home, but most of all, she wanted Riddick back, so they searched for him for years, until Jack decided to spilt to widen the search, mainly she was on a personal mission.

A week, Alice discovered that her sister was taken to Crematoria, the prison moon, the worse slam to be in, she knew Jack would never do something terrible enough to be thrown in that place, but... she remembers how much of an influence Riddick was to Jack, she remembers how Riddick got his eyes and how Jack constantly asked about them, when Riddick left, Jack did not take Riddick's departure well, but no worse than how Alice felt, to be apart from her mate was something that no words could describe, the pain numbed her heart.

When the rumors spread to her ears again, she learned that Riddick was thrown in the same slam, Alice's heart cracked further beyond repair, she feared for Jack and Riddick and when weeks later, the worse news was delivered to Alice, the Lord Marshall finally took the only person that Alice cared and loved for other than Riddick, Jack and Alice cried for days when she heard that the Necromancers have killed Jack, but afterwards when she finally stop crying... she learned that Riddick has killed the Lord Marshall, one morning she found herself laughing, she was not in shook how great it felt to learn that her nightmare was dead, maybe for her parents will finally be at peace, but sadness rushes back to Alice's heart, that she was alone, no family, it was just her.

Right there, Alice made it her mission to find her home planet and Riddick, it only took her a few months to find Furya, everyone warned her how the system was unstable and rumors of it being cursed was mentioned, Alice could not help but think... it's the perfect hiding place for Riddick, no one would dare to go there and when Alice finally arrived at the Furyan system, the people were not kidding about it being unstable, it was harsh to land her ship, but Alice managed to settle safe and sound.

Systems declared the air was breathable, no toxins but some parts of the planet suffered from tidal wave of geological forces that fluctuate, creating a harsher environment and forcing any lifeform populace to adapt, but Alice managed to land on the southern part of the planet, when Alice took her first step outside, she was welcomed by warm air, grass, a view of mountains, lakes, she could see wildlife, after years of no human inhabitants, it is not surprising that wildlife took over.

It took Alice almost a year to build her life on Furya, she built her cabin home from scratch, the blood, sweat and tears were worth it when she took a step back to admire her work, the worse part of the process was getting the plumbing to work but she figured it out after 6 months.

Now that she had a new home, a permanent home, she can now find Riddick, every second she kept her radio for any hint and sign of Riddick, after months of waiting, she came across a distress beacon, it was not far from Furya and something was screaming at her that it was Riddick, and she did not want to miss any chances.

Riddick grunts as he feels the tranquilizers hits his arms and chest, feeling the effects try to slow him down but he watches his guide, the hyena, kill one of the men for him, protecting him, he struggles to stay on his feet as he grips on the shivs tightly but the more, they hit him with the darts, the more sluggish his feet felt, he could not stop himself from falling to his knees and one more shot sent him to the ground and yet, he struggled still stay alert and awake, the voices around him begins to distort and a voice yells, "bound him and someone kill that fucking dog!"

Riddick slowly closes his eyes and welcomes the darkness, but not before he hears the sounds of a ship coming and people begin shouting.

"What the fuck! Who is...?" The voice grunts as he is hit several times by the bullets from the machine gun that was attached to the ship and Boss Johns shouts, "shoot that fucker down!" Alice just glares at the people who were surrounding Riddick and continues to shoot at them, she grunts as she takes a sharp turn to avoid their gunshots, turning around fast as she could, she aims once again at the people, chasing after one with her bullets hot on their trail, one trips and falls into the gunfire, grunting in pain as blood sprays everywhere from the holes in their bodies.

She watches a few retreating but one stayed, she glares at those eyes, she knew who he was, rumors and scanners did no justice to those cold eyes, Boss Johns, William John's father and Alice knew he was on a hellbent mission for Riddick's head, but he will have to go through her first and Alice grits her teeth as she yanks on the lever and dives the ship towards Johns, chasing after him as he runs away, Alice yells as the force of the speed shoves her against the seat, finally, she watches him slam into the glass windshield and practically holds to his dear life as she gives him a lift.

Boss Johns grunts as he struggles to get off the glass, but the speed shoves him tight against it, he grunts and squints his eyes to see who was driving the ship and he sees a woman, he frowns in confusion while she gives him a cold, deathly stare until she flips him off and reaches for the lever again, his eyes widen in realization.

'NO!"

Alice yells and yanks the lever back, forcing the ship to come to a complete halt and watches Johns fly off the windshield and down a canyon, she pants heavily as she listens to his screams grow distant until there was nothing and after leading the ship, Alice rushes out and towards Riddick but then skids to a halt when the hyena jumps in between her and Riddick's unconscious body, she holds her hands up in surrender as it stares down at her, growling in warning, and Alice says softly, "easy, easy, now it is okay, I am a friend, I promise."

It continues to growl at her and watches her with caution as she slowly walks towards and around to reach Riddick, she slowly gets to her knees next to him and she begs and watches carefully, "please, I want to help, please."

The hyena growls softly and watches her still with caution, it snarls softly when she begins to slowly touch Riddick's form, but his growls soften when he watches how gentle she was towards his master, unlike the other who he ate for a meal and Alice whispers as she keeps her eyes on the hyena, "good boy, that is a good boy."

Suddenly, they both snap their head towards the loud sound of a storm that was not too far from them and growing closer as Alice gasps and looks at the hyena as it watches her with caution again, but she could see his worry.

"Look, we both care about him, let us work together and get him to safety, okay? I am here to take him home but I guess I can spare another seat," she grins at the hyena as it peaks up, "come on, boy," she slowly holds a hand up and lets him sniff her.

Growling softly, the hyena slowly brings his nose to her fingers, sniffing something familiar, she knew it could smell of Furyan side of her, he then perks up and begins to pant excitedly, like a dog, Alice smiles and begins to struggle to get Riddick to her ship and after a lot of pulling and yanking, even the hyena's help she finally got Riddick safe and sound on her ship.

Suddenly, the lights begin to dim, Alice frowns and looks up, wondering if the panels outside were being blocked again, but when she turns, she welcomed too the sight of Riddick, watching her behind the glass door with his silver eyes shining in the dimmed light, Alice slowly turns and faces Riddick and looks down to notice that he was naked, but her heart broke at the sight of the scares all over his body, the sun burns and where the tranquilizers hit him.

As Alice walks towards them, they both perk up like animals hearing their prey, Riddick sends her a grin and Aidan rushes towards her.

For the rest of their lives, Riddick and Alice lives on Furya with their children, over the years, Riddick made trips to other planets and they were both surprised to find more Furyians who survived, some were welcomed back to their dying planet and regrew the population in the livable part, it took a while but soon the planet became home again, for the Furyians, enemies slowly died off and believed that Riddick was finally dead and gone, but others always suspected he was still out there... waiting, truth was... Riddick was done waiting, he was home... with the woman he loves and his beautiful strong children.

After years of hiding, years of fighting for survival, the bounties the, killing, the stealing.

It was time to retire and live for himself at last.
